This amends a1f4321bbba2f3bff24d753ce766be738dbfa61a as the font
families should take precedence over the font family set. If the font
family is already included in the families then it should keep its
placement. Otherwise it should be appended.

If the singular fontFamily() is given, then this is obviously the one to
be preferred over any plural fontFamilies(). Make sure it always ends up
first in the list of emitted font families.

When cloning a QTextDocument, the text fragment of the original document
is copied into the new one, which results into copying also the
formatting attributes. However, when the text document is empty, the
corresponding text fragment is also empty, so nothing is copied.
If we want to transfer the formatting attributes for an empty document,
we need to set them explicitly.

We use md4c for parsing markdown. It provides flags to control the
feature set that will be supported when parsing particular documents.
QTextMarkdownImporter::Feature is a fine-grained set of flags that
exactly match the md4c feature flags that we support in Qt so far.
QTextMarkdownImporter is a private exported class (new in 5.14).
We don't expect the corresponding flags in md4c to change in
incompatible ways in the future: the md4c authors have as much respect
for avoiding compatibility issues as we do, and likely will only add
features, not remove them.
We now enforce QTextMarkdownImporter::Features compatibility with
QTextDocument::MarkdownFeatures by setting them directly. We check
QTextMarkdownImporter::Features compatibility with md4c's #define'd
feature flags using static asserts, so that any hypothetical
incompatibility would be detected at compile time.
The enum conversion from QTextDocument::MarkdownFeatures to
QTextMarkdownImporter::Features is moved to a new QTextMarkdownImporter
constructor; thus the conversions from QTextDocument::MarkdownFeatures
to QTextMarkdownImporter::Features, and then to unsigned (in
QTextMarkdownImporter::import()) are adjacent in the same private class
implementation. If incompatibility ever occurred, we would need to
replace one or both of those with another suitable conversion function.

border
Those values must be scaled to device coordinates - otherwise borders,
margins etc. will be too small when rendered on high dpi devices
(printers etc.).
This change will add the scaling to those values.
QTextDocument::print applies 2cm margins to the root frame of a
unpaginated QTextDocument. Those margins were previously scaled to
device coordinates in order to give the correct result. But because
scaling is now done inside QTextDocumentLayout that scaling must be
removed and pixel values based on qt_defaultDpi are provided instead.

Supported style attributes:
<table>
style: supports "border-collapse: collapse" and "border-color".
border: width of the outer border
bordercolor: basic color for all borders
<tr>
style: not supported
<td>/</th>
style: supports the "border", "border-[top|left|bottom|right]]"
shorthand styles and the "border-width", "border-color"
and "border-style" (and the top/left/bottom/right variants)
attributes
<table border=1 style="border-collapse: collapse"> will render
a simple 1px table grid.
Notes:
The QTextDocument table model is much simpler than the HTML table model.
It basically only has <table> and <td> support. So the HTML parser is
forced to map markup and styling to the QTextDocument model which
is not without loss.
In other words: While QTextDocument -> HTML -> QTextDocument should
preserve the QTextDocument structure, HTML -> QTextDocument -> HTML
does not preserve the HTML DOM at all.
So for now the HTML importer and writer only support border styles on
the <td> and <th> nodes. In future updates, the HTML parser might be
enhanced to map <tr> and <table> CSS styles to the cells.

When using a texture for foreground color in text and copy-pasting
the text inside the same QTextEdit, the formatting would disappear.
Fixing this in a general way would require implementing some
other carrier format in the mime data than HTML, such as e.g ODF,
but it can quite easily be fixed for the case where the data
is pasted in the same document, or even different documents
as long as they have a reference to the image in the formats.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QTextEdit] Added support for copy-pasting
foreground brushes with textures within same document.

If the start position of a backward string search was the at the start
of a paragraph, the code would start searching at an illegal position
(at the eol character) in the preceding paragraph. That caused
that whole paragraph to be skipped, so any matches there
would not be found. Fix by making sure the search starts at legal
position.

It's a required CommonMark feature:
https://spec.commonmark.org/0.29/#images
and alt text is also required in HTML:
https://www.w3.org/wiki/Html/Elements/img#Requirements_for_providing_text_to_act_as_an_alternative_for_images
Now we are able to read these attributes from either html or markdown
and rewrite either an html or markdown document that preserves them.
This patch does not add viewing or editing support in QTextEdit etc.

So we add the QTextDocument::ResourceType::MarkdownResource enum value to indicate

need to use the common file extensions to detect it (the same extensions as declared
in the mime database XML).

qdoc didn't handle this. This update fixes most of what was wrong,
but tuning the details of the namespace reference pages might follw.
We have namespace Qt as an exaqmple. Most of the elements in the Qt
namespace are in QtCore, but a few functions are declared in QtGui.
Before this update, qdoc used the hack of using #ifdef to remove the
declarations from qtextdocument.h in QtGui and .cpp and then added
them back into qtnamespace.h and .cpp in QtCore.
Now that hack is no longer necessary. The functions in the Qt namespace
that are declared in QtGui are documented there, but the documentation
is linked to from the namespace reference page, which remains in QtCore.
That is, only one \namespace command is used to document the Qt namespace,
and it appears in qnamespace.qdoc where it always did, but the documentation
for the Qt namespace functions declared in QtGui is now appears in
qtextdocument.cpp where it belongs.

When reading an HTML file with <H1> for example, we still set the font
size as before (that's how it always was done),
but now it remembers that it came from an H1 tag, so it writes
<h1 ...><span font-size:xx-large ...> ... rather than
<p ...><span ...> ... This will help with the upcoming Markdown
format, where heading level is saved but the font is not.
Now the style combobox in examples/widgets/richtext/textedit can set
list item type, heading type or "standard" formatting, and also shows the
current formatting of the line that has the cursor. It was always a
shortcoming in this example that it only allowed setting the current line's
block format but had no feedback to show the current format.

Fixed many cases of missing return types in \fn commands.
Added a fake GLxxx typedef for a GL type that wasn't there
because the GL includes weren't accessible. Also added some
fake declarations for a few functions declared in namespace
Qt in QtWidgets that must be seen by qdoc in QtCore.

Added void return type to several \fn commands.
The return type should always be included with

QFontMetrics(F)::width() has been deprecated and is replaced by
horizontalAdvance(). This updates all usage of it in tests and
documentation.
It is worth noting that many or most of the usages of
QFontMetrics::width() probably intended to use boundingRect().width(),
but since it currently works, I have not looked into that, just
replaced the function name mechanically.

The QTextDocument::toPlainText() converts some characters in the
text to ASCII, which can be problematic for use cases where you
want to save the precise contents of the document, e.g. in
Qt Creator. Since we don't want to change the behavior of
toPlainText(), we introduce a new function which returns the
raw text contents of the document instead, with no modifications.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][Text] Added QTextDocument::toRawText() function.

DirectWrite: Fix advances being scaled to 0
Since 131eee5cd, the stretch of a font can be 0, meaning
"whatever the font provides". In combination with ec7fee96,
this would cause advances in the DirectWrite engine to be scaled to
0, causing the QRawFont test to fail.

I noted this taking around 1% of QtQuick Text creation with a few simple bindings
which is quite considerable, so hopefully improvements here will add up gradually.
Also add a benchmark measuring changes:
