If a file link to a html file has a fragment part included then this
will be lost when passed to QDesktopServices::openUrl() as this is not
kept in the conversion of the QUrl. So by checking the filename in the
case of a fragment existing in the url, we can be sure that the
information is passed on correctly for html files.

Use QT_CONFIG(regularexpression), disentangle it from QT_BOOTSTRAPPED,
switch it off in the bootstrap build, remove the #ifdefs from
qregularexpression.{h|cpp}, and add QT_REQUIRE_CONFIG(regularexpression)
to the header.
qregularexpression.{h|cpp} are already correctly excluded in tools.pri
if !qtConfig(regularexpression).

Cannot rely on Q_COREAPP_STARTUP_FUNCTION inside Qt since static builds
have to be fully supported. Due to not registering those types, the shader
builder silently generated incompilable shader code in static builds. This
is critical especially on platforms where static builds are the only
choice (INTEGRITY).

enabled layers will be pruned from the graph prior to traversal. Note
that an empty layer list for a node or an edge means it is on all
layers.

To avoid duplicating the shader snippets inside of the JSON which would
be a maintenance nightmare, we instead allow to register a set of node
prototypes by their name and only refer to said names inside the JSON.

... from bytearrayToDouble() and bytearrayToLongLong()
(bytearrayToUnsLongLong() didn't have one).
The only user, QIntValidator, always checked them in conjunction with
'ok'. Since 'overflow' was true only if 'ok' was false, too, there's
no point in carrying both.
We can bring this code back with QParsedNumber, when it will not cost
anything anymore. I actually was hoping that the overflow argument
would inform the design of QParsedNumber, but it turned out to be
unused, leading to this commit instead.

The new modular configuration system requires one global
header per module, that is included by all other files in
this module.
A similar scheme and naming convention is already being used
for many other modules (e.g. printsupport, qml, quick).
That header will later on #include the configuration file
for Qt Gui. For now it defines the Q_GUI_EXPORT macro for
this library.
In addition, add a private global header, qtguiglobal_p.h,
that can later on include the private config header for
Qt Gui for things we don't want to export to the world.

These types are held in QVarLengthArrays, so benefit
from being trivially relocatable. They are also part
of the private API, so there's no BC issues with
potential uses of these types in QList, except for

marked as relocatable only.

It makes little sense to use QStringLiteral for strings which are
immediately appended to, or which are appended to other strings,
because no dynamic memory allocation is saved by doing so. But if
the only advantage of QStringLiteral does not apply, all its
disadvantages dominate, to wit: injection of calls to qstring dtor,
non-sharability of data between C strings and QStringLiterals and
among QStringLiterals, and doubled storage requirements.
Fix by replacing QStringLiteral with QLatin1String.
Saves 104B in text size on stripped optimized Linux AMD64 GCC 4.9
builds.

This information is already registered by the QMessageLogger ctor.
Where, by dropping the << Q_FUNC_INFO in ostream-style qDebug(), only
a string literal remained, converted to printf-style qDebug() on the
go.

The EcmaScript format for printing doubles in exponent form differs
from Qt's format only in this aspect. EcmaScript explicitly prohibits
leading zeroes in exponents. It is thus worthwhile to add those flags
in order to be able to generate and parse doubles in compliance with
EcmaScript.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QLocale] Additional flags in QLocale::NumberOption
allow generating and parsing doubles in EcmaScript compliant format.

This also fixes the underlying cause of QTBUG-44039 and QTBUG-43885.
You can choose between system, qt, and no libdouble-conversion
support. If you choose "no", snprintf_l and sscanf_l will be
used.
By default, system double conversion is used if the system provides a
double-conversion library. Otherwise the bundled libdouble-conversion
is built. sscanf_l and snprintf_l are not used by default as the
planned "shortest" conversion mode to produce the shortest possible
string will give less precise results when implemented with snprintf_l.
