The enabler for finding selection ranges in Qt Quick had two bugs
which caused some selected text to disappear. Specifically, this
was the case for selected text where a line contained both an
explicit break and a break due to line wrapping.
First of all, the glyphsEnd that is passed into glyphRunsWithInfo()
is expected to be inclusive, since we are actually searching for
its index in the log cluster array. We would in certain cases
not find the glyph at all in the log clusters, thus the glyph
run would be set to overlap with any glyph run coming after it
in the same item.
Second of all, we need to start searching at the correct position
in the log clusters when searching for the correct rangeStart,
since rangeStart is initialized with textPosition. Otherwise, we
would in some cases never reach the start of the range, and
rangeStart would be set to textPosition + textLength, which is the
end of the range.

For writing systems where glyph substitutions are purely
cosmetic, we should disable them when letter spacing is set,
otherwise we get ligatures where the spacing is not applied.
To avoid changing Harfbuzz-NG upstream, we detect this
case when fetching the GSUB table and return an empty
blob instead.

Move the bool QFileDialogPrivate::defaultFileTypes to QFileDialogOptions
as defaultNameFilters and add a static function returning the
translated default filter string. Let QFileDialogOptions::nameFilters()
return the default filter until a value has been set.
This removes the need for special handling for empty filter lists
in the QPA plugins. As a side effect, Qt Quick Controls's FileDialog
will then also default to "All files" if no filters have been set.

Otherwise platform backingstores providing QImages with extra pixels
would break horribly. The only such platform is wayland for now.
Previously the need to support this case was masked by the RGBA8888
image conversion that happened always with wayland due to its ARGB32_Pre
format. With the recent improvements this is not done anymore and so
the problems became apparent.

Profiling shows that the call to glGetIntegerv() in this function that
queries for the currently bound framebuffer is very expensive. It's
the top hit on the CPU when profiling a Qt3D application using a
Scene3D Qt Quick 2 item. The reason it is so expensive is that this
call forces the OpenGL driver to propagate the OpenGL state through
all of the queued commands in order to answer the query. It may
also induce a pipeline stall depending upon the driver implementation.
As this function gets called on the hot path every frame whenever using
a Scene3D item and may also be called in plain Qt Quick when using
ShaderEffect items; the layer property of QQuickItem; or when updating
the Qt Quick glyph cache texture on Core profile contexts, it is very
much worthy of optimization.
This commit adds an overload of the blitFramebuffer() call that allows
the caller to provide a policy that can either:
* keep the existing behavior of restoring the previous framebuffer
binding,
* restore the default framebuffer, or
* don't restore anything and let the caller be responsible for it.
This will allow consumers such as Qt Quick and Qt 3D to use the
optimised code path. The existing overloads of blitFramebuffer()
retain the current behavior by calling with the policy to restore the
previous framebuffer binding.
Upon making this change, the cost of blitFramebuffer() is massively
reduced. A follow up commit will optimize this further.

... by replacing them with C++11 range-for loops.
The function QObject::children() returns by const-reference,
so they can be passed to range-for without further changes.

To avoid detaches of these mutable Qt containers,
wrap the container in qAsConst().

- Don't iterate over QMap::keys(), but directly
over the map, saving a temporary QList and
double lookups.
- Always append the item separator, and chop
it off once at the end, which allows to
fold the separator into the existing string
builder expression.

The user-defined copy assignment and (on QMatrix) copy
constructors inhibit the move special member functions.
We cannot do something about it in Qt 5, because these
classes are exported (which they shouldn't be), and
because making them trivially copyable might change
how they are passed to functions by value, so we need
to supply all the missing member functions manually.

... by replacing them with C++11 range-for loops.
This is the simplest of the patch series: Q_FOREACH took a
copy, so we do, too. Except we don't, since we're just
catching the return value that comes out of the function
(RVO). We can't feed the rvalues into range-for, because
they are non-const and would thus detach.
