It's temporarily storing QByteArrays before we copy them directly to
QIODevice's internal buffer. We can save the extra work by just push
them directly into the buffer.
The signal compression is no longer useful performance-wise, but is
kept as it will throttle the amount of readyRead emissions the users has
to handle.
Reorder some of the operations as a result to make it more natural.

Similar to TLS configuration that we can use on QNetworkRequest,
we can configure different options in our HTTP/2 handling by
providing QNetworkAccessManager with h2 configuration. Previously,
it was only possible internally in our auto-test - a hack with
QObject's properties and a private class. Now it's time to provide
a public API for this.

In the QNetworkAccessManager machinery we would treat "no-cache" as if
it meant "don't cache" while in reality it means "don't return these
cached elements without making sure they're up-to-date"
At the same time as this change is made let's add test data for
"no-store", which replaces the "no-cache" test data.

Since it explains nothing and now, after some other bug was fixed
(see, for example, c89d0f9d532), we trigger this message on the
first request, which happens because:
- 'createSession()' indeed, creates a session, compares a previous
kwnon state (which happens to be 'Invalid') with a current state,
which is 'Connected' and then invokes '_q_networkSessionStateChanged'.
- '_q_networkSessionStateChanged()' on 'Connected' emits
'networkSessionConnected()' to which a newly-created QNetworkReplyHttpImpl
will respond with it's _q_startOperation().
- QHttpNetworkReplyImpl will also try to 'open' a session, its 'opened()'
signal will trigger, again, 'networkSessionConnected()' and ... the
next _q_startOperation().
Now, not to add even more twisted spaghetti if/conditions with some
unpredictable regressions, let's suppress a useless warning and
silently return. We, indeed, in 'Working' state, let's keep working.

We filter out Content-Length from the cache metadata due to IIS
sending it bogusly on 304 responses; however, we were only doing this
if the cached response had a Content-Length header, which doesn't
happen when the original request was delivered chunked. Furthermore,
the filtering wasn't limited to the case of 304 responses. So skip
the "had it previously" requirement and only do this for 304s.

1. Recently we have updated our receive window size to a larger value.
Unfortunately, this also results in auto-test pumping through
more data, which probably takes more time on CI.
At the moment we do not have any public API on QNAM's level to
customize HTTP/2 parameters (aka 5.10/FF and so on). So we use the fact
that QNAM is QObject and we can set a property on it. This property
is our Http2::ProtocolParameters object that allows us to configure:
- HPACK parameters (in 5.10 - noop)
- session receive window size
- different SETTINGS as described by RFC 7540, 6.5.2.
2. Undocumented environment variable to set ENABLE_PUSH is not needed
anymore.
3. In 5.11 Http2::ProtocolParameter will become a public API
and we'll introduce a new setter in QNAM.

In some cases when a session isn't needed (i.e. for localhost), the

Now that we have a proper ALPN/NPN + Protocol Upgrade, we can also
add H2Direct - this can be useful for our users that have to work
with either Secure Transport or a TLS implementation not supporting
ALPN/NPN and with 'h2direct' servers in case they have prior knowledge
of HTTP/2 support. The difference with RFC 7540 is the fact we also
allow this 'direct' in case of 'https' scheme (it appears existing
HTTP/2 server implementations support such mode too).
[ChangeLog][QtNetwork] Add Http2DirectAttribute to enable 'direct' HTTP/2
protocol without ALPN/NPN and without protocol upgrade negotiations.

It's really unfortunate that even a plain 'http' request results in
(Open)SSL initialization; this is apparently done by QSslConfiguration's
default constructor and we have several classes including QSslConfiguration
as a data-member.
There are different problems reported because of this, from crashes
(a broken OpenSSL on Windows) to long initialization times, which is
not acceptable if no 'https' request was actually executed.
This patch-set is replacing data-members of type QSslConfiguration
with smart-pointers and delays (Open)SSL initialization.

A signal emitted after the first 'isOpen' check on QNetworkReply can
trigger a slot that aborts/closes our reply. So before we can append
any data to reply's buffer, we have to re-check that we're still open.

Previously we were always setting SpdyWasUsedAttribute for SPDY/HTTP/2/HTTP/1.1
(true/false) which is confusing. Now if HTTP2AllowedAttribute was set to true on
a request, we set HTTP2WasUsedAttribute. Otherwise, as we did before, we're setting
SpdyWasUsedAttribute.

This patch changes the way we ensure NoLessSafeRedirectsPolicy and
also the way we create actual redirect requests: https->http redirect
is now reported as InsecureRedirectError (under NoLessSafeRedirectsPolicy)
only if STS is disabled or we were redirected to a host whithout Strict
Transport Security policy.
Otherwise, we replace 'http' scheme with 'https' and explicitly set port
80 with port 443 as defined by HTTP Strict Transport Security policy.
This scheme/port replacement will affect both NoLessSafeRedirectsPolicy
and UserVerifiedRedirectsPolicy (SameOriginRedirectsPolicy does not allow
any scheme change and we continue to report such redirects as
InsecureRedirectError).

HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) is a web security policy that
allows a web server to declare that user agents should only interact
with it using secure HTTPS connections. HSTS is described by RFC6797.
This patch introduces a new API in Network Access Manager to enable
this policy or disable it (default - STS is disabled).
We also implement QHstsCache which caches known HTTS hosts, does
host name lookup and domain name matching; QHstsHeaderParser to
parse HSTS headers with HSTS policies.
A new autotest added to test the caching, host name matching
and headers parsing.

With this new policy, after emitting 'redirected', QNetworkReplyHttpImpl
waits for client code to decide if QNAM should follow this redirect or
not. The client can either allow this redirect by emitting 'redirectAllowed'
or abort the reply.

This patch makes it possible to enable/disable redirects on QNAM
level (before it was per-request only). This policy would be applied
to all subsequent requests* created by QNAM.
The policies we support at the moment:
a. Manual - that's what we always had - it's up to a user to handle
redirects.
b. NoLessSafeRedirectsPolicy - we allow http->http, http->https and
https->https redirects, but no protocol 'downgrade' (no
https->http redirects).
c. SameOriginPolicy - we check that protocol/host/port are
the same.
Updated tst_qnetworkreply.
*We previously were enabling redirect for each request, by
setting FollowRedirectsAttribute on QNetworkRequest object.
For backward compatibility this attribute has a higher priority
(if set) than QNAM's policy (and it will work as NoLessSafeRedirectsPolicy).
