Android 5 doesn't extract the files from libs folder unless they are prefixed with "lib".
This patch sets a proper name for the plugin which will make gdb happy and it will also
avoid any name clashes.
If we rename the plugins when we copy them, gdb won't find them, therefore it can't load their
symbols.
On Android all the libs are in a single folder, so to make sure we don't have any name clashes,
we are prefixing the plugin name with it's relative path to qt folder (we replace / with _).

This removes the pre-dexed JAR files activated by the absence of the
bundled_jar_file CONFIG option, as versions of Android >= 5 no longer
support this deployment mechanism.
Now, the "bundled" JARs simply become normal JARs containing class
files, and are neither activated by a bundled_jar_file CONFIG entry nor
do they have a -bundled suffix in the file's base name.

Contrary to our initial assumption, this should be added by default to
allow full functionality during development by default. Developers need
to decide which capabilities to use during the publishing step already,
hence improve DX by adding this.

So far no capabilities (but internetClient for Windows 10) were added by
default, which forced developers to always manually edit the
WINRT_MANIFEST.capabilities(_device) property.
This allowed to leave out non-required capabilities and keep the created
manifest clean, examples being microphone for multimedia.
However, this also breaks first user experience as deeper knowledge
about this topic is required. Furthermore this is inconsistent with
other platforms like Android, where all capabilities are set by default
and developers need to edit the manifest manually in any case.
With this change, modules can define the capability set to enable all
features in the module. If developers want to disable some again, they
need to adapt the generated manifest. From our experience this needs to
be done in any case, latest at publishing stage when the store
manipulates the manifest.

Replacement for the the generic bearer plugin.
Compared to the generic bearer engine, this plugin provides a more
detailed overview of the network configurations on Android.
Added features are:
- Correct bearer type, also for mobile connections.
- Connection state (e.g., roaming).
- Data statistics (On devices that supports it).
- Polling is not required.

For bundling Qt, we need two things:
1. We need to build a regular .jar file out of the Java files,
so that they can be built into the app package. Dexing the
classes first (i.e. compiling the JVM bytecode to Dalvik
bytecode) is required for loading the .jar file at run-time,
but cannot be used for building it into the app, so we need
two different paths.
2. We need to specify which extra files have to be bundled for
each module (this is primarily for plugins and imports). This
is because there is no static dependency on these files, so
it cannot be detected during deployment.

qdocconf files can now reference $QT_INSTALL_DOCS to pick up e.g. global
includes, instead of using relative paths. Qt modules will automatically
get a doc target that builds and installs into the right place (including
supporting shadow-builds) if they set QMAKE_DOCS before loading(qt_module).
