The previous code handled only some error codes, in a very inefficient
way, for some code paths. This change standardizes error handling using
a helper function that maps winsock WSAE* codes to Qt error codes.
The test for connecting to unreachable hosts or ports is now more
generic, and enabled on Windows, where it passes in local tests,
but dependency on network configuration still makes it fragile,
so ignoring some failures without completely skipping the test.

When calling waitFor{ReadyRead,Disconnected} it will wait for data but
if the data is already received and the read notification has been
queued (and there's no more data coming in) it will return false.
By checking if a read notification has been queued and then handling
this we can easily take care of this scenario.
Fixes some flaky tests which missed the read data in waitForDisconnect
and similar.

If we end up in the connected state then we should pass on any
remaining data immediately instead of waiting until the next time we get
a read notification.
The other `case`s in the switch might be able to do something similar,
but I don't want to introduce that logic now in case it breaks something
else, the Connected branch is small and simple to deal with.
Should severely reduce flakiness with socks proxy in CI under pressure.

Make sure "this" still exists when we're done sending the
readNotification.
The crash manifested itself when connecting to certain websites as they
would reply with status 403, then close the connection. On our end we
would then handle this "remote host closed" followed by handling the
data we received. The http code handles the data successfully and sees
we are done and there is nothing more to do, so it closes the
connection. Which leads to closing QAbstractSocket, which closes
native socket again and then deletes it.

We report two types of errors - those found by our code and errors
coming from the OS. setErrorString(), despite its name, does not just
set a string, but extracts a windows error code via GetLastError() and
then calls _q_winError(). This is wrong: some arbitrary error code (or
no error) can be reported when it was actually an error found by
Qt. Worse yet, string operations (allocations etc.) can potentially
clear the real error code. So remove setErrorString(), set errors
explicitly if it's the application code error or use _q_WinError
directly.

The function's documentation needlessly repeated parts of its first
line. The BindFlag enum it takes as a parameter confused readers by
saying an option is ignored on Windows, failing to make clear that it
is so because that option is what Windows does by default.
Tidied some phrasing and typos in the process.

When a TCP connection timed out a QAbstractSocket::NetworkError was set.
To enable a more precise error handling for timeouts
QAbstractSocket::SocketTimeoutError is now set instead.
Separated ETIMEDOUT from other errors in nativeRead() and take over
responsibility for setting the error, which was previously handled by read().

The engine used to send a UDP datagram to the local address to check
the proxy setup, but the check fails in case of the proxy hosted in
WAN and the local address hidden behind a NAT. In other words the
check fails because a public proxy hosted somewhere in internet has
no access to local addresses such as 192.168.1.2.
Remove the check to fix the issue; we still have other means to
detect network errors.

It's possible to use QAbstractSocket (more precisely QUdpSocket) in
a quite unusual way: connect to its stateChanged() signal and call
close() in the slot (thus invalidating socketEngine pointer). For
QAbstractSocket::bind() this results in a null-pointer
dereference.

Buffer handling is now completely moved to the worker. Instead of
moving data around all the time, the worker is responsible for
buffer handling. When reads happen, the data that is read is used
directly from the worker and its buffer is updated.
With the previous approach it was possible, that transfers never
completed. It was possible, that new data was read between calls
of bytesAvailable and read and the availability of that data was
never communicated to the user. If a read that does not read all
the data happens, we signal, that there is still data available,
so that the user is notified about that fact. At the same time
we avoid unnecessary readyRead calls by blocking them until a read
happens.
To make future debugging sessions easier, categorized logging
(including verbose) was added to the socket engine.

Binding without an interface and expecting the OS to select something is
not supported in all OSes. On FreeBSD, I keep getting EADDRNOTAVAIL. So
modify our test to only join, leave and send to multicast groups with an
interface selection.
With this, all tests either pass or are skipped for me on Linux,
FreeBSD, and macOS. On Windows, this revealed an inconsistency in
behavior, which this commit adds a workaround for.

Looks like I never even tested this. There were two problems:
1) when we asked for the recvmsg and sendmsg functions, we used the
wrong variable (socketDescriptor was still -1)
2) we extracted the destination addresses, but never set them in the
QIpPacketHeader object
The added tests confirm that this works on Windows, Linux, Darwin,
FreeBSD. There also seems to be a problem, obtaining the destination
address on an IPv4 socket with a dual-stack sender (I can reproduce that
on FreeBSD, macOS and Windows, plus an old version of Linux).

This allow retrieving the value of the known PMTU for the current
socket. This works on Linux (IPv6 and IPv4) and FreeBSD (IPv6 only) --
the other OSes don't have the necessary API.
Note: do we need add IP_MTU_DISCOVER?

Exclude QHttp(Multi)Part from being built if http is disabled, and
replace the exclusion macros. Use the qmake project files to exclude
source files, and QT_REQUIRE_CONFIG(http) in headers.

All systems must implement it by now. If there's any system still
without it, that means it has no IPv6 support, so they can disable
QtNetwork entirely.
[ChangeLog][Deprecation Notice] Starting with Qt 5.10, IPv6 support is
mandatory for all platforms. Systems without proper IPv6 support, such
as the getaddrinfo() function or the proper socket address structures,
will not be able to build QtNetwork anymore.

If the datagram reception failed, we forgot to set the buffer back to
empty. The returned QNetworkDatagram did report isValid() == false, but
it was possible to get the .data() and check its size, getting nonsense.
Tests in the next commit.
