clang needed to see so type definitions that aren't there
for some platforms, so this update provides defaults when
qdoc is running.

Drop the include for qt_egl_p.h. For Qt itself this should have no effect
since platform plugins including this header include EGL headers on their
own anyway.
Similarly, applications relying on such advanced functionality will likely
include EGL/OpenGL headers on their own - the point is anyhow to interoperate
with native, non-Qt EGL and GL code.
This avoids a lot of hassle since normally no EGL (or other winsys interface
API) bits are exposed in the public Qt APIs, and thus there are no public
headers provided to set up EGL headers in the same way Qt does internally.

lumping together all kinds of unrelated stuff has caused problems with
spurious dependencies from the beginning. as the modularization infra is
now in a state which supports many small private libraries just fine,
take advantage of it.

The spec, added in 5.7.0, simply defined WIN_INTERFACE_CUSTOM, leading
to the generic, non-X11 typedefs for the EGL native types. This is
fine for the typical embedded use, but is not what is wanted when
targeting xcb, and leads to disabling EGL-on-X support.
Therefore, move the define into a comon header and let the individual
libs decide by defining or not defining QT_EGL_NO_X11. This sets both
MESA_EGL_NO_X11_HEADERS and WIN_INTERFACE_CUSTOM in qt_egl_p.h.
This way Qt builds supporting all three of eglfs (DRM+EGLDevice),
wayland, and xcb (EGL) can be generated out of the box.
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes][Linux] xcb with EGL and OpenGL
ES, as well as eglfs with the eglfs_x11 backend, are now supported on
DRIVE CX boards when using the linux-drive-cx-g++ device spec.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Also add the note for the classes that miss it.

This is trickier than the GLX and EGL implementations due to the
way pixel formats, windows and contexts work. Apart from some
restrictions, it should be fully functional nonetheless.
Add also some proper documentation.

And including some Qt header is necessary anyways.

Add also a manual test application. For GLX there is an autotest since
that is likely to be run on one of the CIs. For EGL and especially
eglfs this is likely not the case so a manual test is better.

functions.
