Add 'source' window offset. This covers the cases where platform
window is created besides one full screen window (like for popups),
where content has qquickwidget / qopenglwidgtet. In that case
fbos/textures from those widgets have offset according to 'source'
window. Note backingstore texture has geometry of 'source' window.

Running QWidget or other raster window-based apps with
QT_QPA_EGLFS_ROTATION=180 will now flip the screen as expected.
In addition, 90 and -90 are supported too. These will affect the
reported screen geometry as well.
The OpenGL mouse cursor is repositioned and rotated accordingly. For
true OpenGL content the rotation is ignored. Hardware mouse cursors
(DRM) ignore it as well for the time being.
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes] QWidget-based applications
running on the eglfs platform plugin can now request 180 or 90 degrees
rotated output by setting the QT_QPA_EGLFS_ROTATION environment
variable.

This also reverts commit 018e670a26ff5a61b949100ae080f5e654e7bee8.
The change was introduced in 5.6. After the refactoring, 14960f52,
in 5.7 branch and a merge, it is not needed any more.

Empty clipRect means "clip away completely", not "no clipping".

createPlatformOpenGLContext() used to silently set the widget
compositor's context as the context to share resources with.
This works mostly, but is the wrong level to enforce the resource
sharing. For example, QOpenGLContext::shareGroup() becomes
inconsistent since from QOpenGLContext's view there was no
shareContext specified.
The inability to test via shareGroup() is the reason eglfs started to
show warnings when exiting applications. The resource sharing was in
place on EGL level but QOpenGLContext knew nothing about it.
Therefore, let's switch over to the way other components, f.ex. Web
Engine use: set the internal global share context pointer to the
widget compositor's context. This way everything remains consistent:
the widget compositor's context is stored upon creating the main
QEGLFSWindow, QWidget::shareContext() picks this up then, and as a
result we have sharing set up on QOpenGLContext's level instead of
sneaking it in in the QPlatformOpenGLContext implementation.

From Qt 5.7 -> LGPL v2.1 isn't an option anymore, see
http://blog.qt.io/blog/2016/01/13/new-agreement-with-the-kde-free-qt-foundation/
Updated license headers to use new LGPL header instead of LGPL21 one
(in those files which will be under LGPL v3)

Introduce support for the widgets' clipRect(). Right now render-to-texture widgets
in scroll areas placed close to each other result in broken (non-existent) clipping.
Similarly, stack-on-top widgets fail to clip when placed inside a scroll area.
This is now corrected and the qopenglwidget example is enhanced to utilize a scroll
area.

For real OpenGL content it is still not supported because we have no reliable way
to read back the contents at arbitrary times. Applications should rather use
QQuickWindow::grabWindow() in that case.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] Support for QScreen::grabWindow() is now available on
embedded platforms (eglfs, linuxfb).

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination
