We only need to use the QT_MANGLE_NAMESPACE macro when declaring the
interface of the class. As long as we couple that with an alias
declaration using QT_NAMESPACE_ALIAS_OBJC_CLASS, any further uses
of the class name can be un-namespaced, including declaring
categories on the class.
The only snag with QT_NAMESPACE_ALIAS_OBJC_CLASS is that it can
only be used once per class and translation unit, so forward
declarations get hairy, but we can avoid that by just including
the headers instead.

The main goal of this patch was to port away from Java-style
iterators, to make QtBase QT_NO_JAVA_STYLE_ITERATORS-clean. And this
the patch achieves.
But I couldn't resist a few drive-by fixes, too, to wit:
- Use qDeleteAll() instead of while(!isEmpty()) delete takeFirst()
- Use QMap::last() instead of iterating to the end, remembering the
last-seen value
- Use QMap::contains() instead of QMap::keys().contains()
- Use qExchange() instead of copy+clear
- Make some functions const (requires the mutex member to be marked as
mutable, which is common for mutex members)
I am almost certain that getSsidFromNetworkName() cannot work correctly.
But this patch does not attempt to change the algorithm.

QCoreWlanEngine is using a global variable but fails to reset it to nil when deleted,
thus re-creating this WLAN manager we use a dangling pointer (found in
qnetworkconfigurationmanagerqappless). Since our API allows to (re)create object(s) of
these class, the pointer must be set to nil after -release call.
Ideally, of course, this class has to be re-factored.

We have at least 5 different (but equal) implementations of a wrapper
in Qt, and some code uses explicit NSAutoreleasePools. Having a shared
implementation lets us clean up things a bit and makes it easier to
reason about which pools are actually needed.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

We take the path of least resistence and keep the old API code for 10.6 while
updating the code for 10.7 and newer. This means we have some code duplication.
It also means that we only compile the 10.6 code for QCoreWlanEngine when the
deploymen target is 10.6.
The 10.6 version file should be removed once we drop support for Snow Leopard.
