Supports relative pointer, axis, keyboard and touch events.
libinput support is only available in combination with libudev.
libxkbcommon is required to perform key mapping. For now the
default keymap is used always (selected when building xkbcommon).
[ChangeLog][QtGui] Added a plugin to get mouse, keyboard and touch events
via libinput.

This is an import of the tuio2qt plugin (https://github.com/rburchell/tuio2qt),
as of sha 9b1f163ac52ea440e83f16b3906f9b55e21b87be henceforth to be developed as
a part of Qt itself.
This plugin offers touch events via QPA interfaces, using data offered over the
TUIO protocol (http://www.tuio.org).
It is useful for accepting touch input on devices which otherwise don't have
touch input (such as desktops) for the purposes of development, as well as
accepting input from some hardware which offers up touch events specifically
over the TUIO protocol.
Known "shortcomings" at this time, as documented in the README:
* Multiple TUIO sources sending data at the same time will conflict. This will
not cause problems, strictly speaking, but it will not work well (repeated
touchpoint release/press events for the same IDs)
* TCP transport is not currently supported. I don't see a need for it at this
time, but I have left the capability in terms of port acceptance open for it
to be made available.

We no longer support the maemo/meego platform, so we can remove the
specific code for that platform.

It is necessary to use the n9 device file for now in scratchbox or/and on the
community open build service because the maemo platform mkspecs file assumes
that a cross-toolchain is used all the time. If no platform file is used, then
for instance certain plugins may not be built in general. There is currently an
ongoing issue with the meego plugin for context management in the Harmattan
components project. That is currently not built due to this issue, so no
orientation works in those applications.
The nice solution would be to make the maemo platform file work with cross and
native toolchains as well, but that requires a decent amount of investigation
and work. Thereby, the scope is extended this way for now.

libudev extends the base functionality of these plugins but should not
be mandatory as it is missing on many embedded devices that still
actually require input devices (keyboard and/or mouse and/or
touchscreen) support

This introduces a udev based evdev keyboard plugin. It contains a
default US keyboard map to fit the QKey enumeration.
Most of the udev related code was developed by ICS.
Major parts of the keyboard handler itself is reused from Qt 4 codebase.

linuxinput becomes evdevmouse. The experimental touch code is removed,
now the plugin's purpose is solely to generate mouse events from
absolute and relative pointer events. The plugin key is EvdevMouse.
touchscreen becomes evdevtouch. The plugin key is EvdevTouch.
In case keyboard support appears some day, it will fit nicely in the
system by the name of evdevkeyboard or similar.
Some little udev code is moved to platformsupport so it can be shared
between the plugins. This may be extended later if more sophisticated
udev support is needed. N.B. the intention is to keep this as simple
as possible. We are shipping these plug-ins as reference examples, not
as full-featured drivers.
evdev and udev support has configure time tests from now on. This
means the "drivers" (generic plugins) will get built automatically
when the support is available.
