On some devices, there is a possibility of getting a state change
while we are locking the event loop for suspend. This is
probably related to change 8c0ef140b3a7202c, but we should in
any case use the existing deadlock protection mutex mechanism,
just to make sure that there are not other cases which could
trigger the same deadlock.

On Android 5, the Chinese fallback fonts are .otf format,
and these were ignored when we populated the font database.
Note that this also requires an upgrade of FreeType, otherwise
the Simplified Chinese font will not load.

QWindowSystemInterface::flushWindowSystemEvents() is a synchronous call.
This will cause a deadlock if the GUI thread is waiting for an OpenGL
surface at the same time. Add deadlock protection to this case as well.

According to our Android app test, sometimes we will receive two
consecutive app suspended notifications. In the second app suspended
notification QWindowSystemInterface::flushWindowSystemEvents() will
deadlock due to the fact that the event dispatcher has been stopped in the
first app suspended notification. This patch will simply return if we
found the event dispatcher has been stopped in the beginning of app
suspended notification.

Android QPA is built only for Android using Android toolchains which we
know for sure that it supports C++11/14. Actually C++11 is enabled by
default on Android, so there is no need to use more a macro instead of
the real thing.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

When we supported platforms < android-9, we needed to include
some headers which were introduced in android-9 to compile the
QPA plugin. This is no longer needed, and also creates problems
when you pick e.g. android-21 as your platform, since some
definitions (specifically fd_set) are different in the two sets
of headers, giving us an undefined reference to
QEventDispatcherUNIX::select().

The call to QPlatformWindow::setVisible() will trigger flushing
of the window system events. Depending on the events, this could
lead to the window being hidden. Since platformScreen()->addWindow()
and removeWindow() was done *after* this flush, you could get the
remove for a window before it had been added, whereas the logic
in these functions were written under the assumption that there
is exactly one remove per add, and that add always precedes the
remove.
This has only been seen when running the QCompleter test so far.
This patch reorders the statements to make sure the events are flushed
after the window stack has been updated. In addition, it adds asserts
for the assumptions in the addWindow/removeWindow code to catch bugs
there earlier.

On Android the foreground activity can get intents
with onNewIntent. Those intents can not be received
in any other way. This is especially true in Android nfc.
This patch adds a way to receive those intents in Qt.
This patch heavily leans on the implementation of onActivityResult.

- After reset a surface we must call makeCurrent before we are usign
swapBuffers.
- No need to set the surface in QPA when surfaceCreated are called in
QtSurface.java, some time the OpenGL surface is not fully initialized at
this stage. Is better to wait for surfaceChanged which is always fired
at least once.
- DO NOT reset m_surfaceId to 1 when there is no surface. The problem
is that if we have one surface and when we distory it we don't (need to)
wait for its surfaceChanged/surfaceDestroyed notifications, and if we
create another one quicly it will have the same id (1).

A window with a renderToTexture child uses the OpenGL path, but when
we open a popup or dialog, that uses the raster compositor, which opens
a separate surface. This patch fixes two issues when combining GL rendering
with the raster compositor:
1. GL-rendered widgets were counted as part of the raster-rendered region,
meaning that we did not punch a hole in the raster surface.
2. We did not destroy the surface when no longer needed.

This change adds deadlock protection to all places where we lock
one thread while waiting for the other to do something. If we
detect that the other thread is going to block, we abort the
operation. This could cause unexpected problems, such as painting
errors, text input errors, or even crashes, but the alternative is
a guaranteed deadlock.

Previously, the behavior was different depending on if the
contentDescription was calculated as a result of an event, or if it was
calculated as a result of hierarchy traversal.
Refactor the functionality into one single function that will be used in
both scenarios.
'contentDescription' will now receive its value from one of the following
sources, listed in prioritised order (QAI == QAccessibleInterface):
1. QAI::text(QAccessible::Name)
2. QAI::text(QAccessible::Description)
3. QAI::text(QAccessible::Value)
4. QAI::valueInterface()->currentValue()

On iOS we do deleteLater() on the mime data instead of deleting
it directly, in case the application should happen to use the
pointer again directly after setting it on the clipboard.
Technically it would be a bug in the application, but using
deleteLater() is safer and it's better to be consistent with
iOS so that a buggy application crashes in the same places in
both.

This is consistent with other platforms such as iOS and
XCB, which return a QMimeData with an empty text when the clipboard
is empty.
[ChangeLog][Android] QClipboard::mimeData() now returns an empty
object instead of null pointer from QClipboard when clipboard is
empty for consistency with other platforms.

The ownership of the object passed into QClipboard::setMimeData()
is documented to be transferred to the clipboard, but we never
deleted it, thus all these objects would leak.

QClipboard::clear() is implemented by calling
QPlatformClipboard::setMimeData() with a null pointer. Since we
would do nothing in this case on Android, then the clear()
function would have no effect.
[ChangeLog][Android] Added support for QClipboard::clear()

For QLatin1String, operator== is overloaded, so comparing to a latin-1
(C) string literal is efficient, since strlen() is comparatively fast.
OTOH, QStringLiteral, when not using RVO, litters the code with
QString dtor calls, which are not inline. Worse, absent lambdas,
it even allocates memory.
So, just compare using QLatin1String instead.

When the focus object changes to an object that does not have
IM enabled, we should hide the keyboard instead of resetting it.
This happens, for instance, if you change to a different tab in
an application while a text input in the previous tab had focus.
Previously the input panel would stay open and overlap part of the
new tab.
[ChangeLog][Android] Hide input panel when focus changes to an
object that does not accept input.
