Because of QRect's width and height are caluculated values, they got
spoiled after x and y values setting.
This bug affects, in particular, Android software keyboard appearance:
it could overlap focused input field.

- wait until the handle location changes the cursor position
- don't update cursor position if:
* a batchEdit is in progress
* the UpdateSelection is blocked
- finish the composing before update the cursor
- add the missing .java files
There are still corner situations when the text gets deleted/moved, but
those are pretty rare and they will be fix in another patch.

This is done by adding an API to QOffscreenSurface to enable setting a
native handle which can represent a native offscreen surface. When
using the TexureView it is necessary to render to SurfaceTexture objects
which are exposed as offscreen window surfaces. After wraping a
SurfaceTexture in a android.view.Surface object and passing it to C++
via the JNI, it is possible to get the needed ANativeWindow* handle
required to pass to eglCreateWindowSurface. So by setting this native
handle Qt can then render to this "native" offscreen surface.

so far, we have been delaying the linking, because we didn't want to
make the monolithic platformsupport module pull in spurious
dependencies. however, now that the module was split, there is no need
to play such games any more.
a nice effect of this is that the hideous qpa/*unixfontdatabase.prf
files disappear, and finally freetype_dependency.pri also becomes
trivial and is thus inlined.

When the new configure system was introduced, it accidentally
disabled automatic extraction of style assets on Android.
This patch puts it back in.
Note that the style extraction is not specific to Qt Widgets,
but rather Qt Gui, like other QPA options.

The default should be false, meaning the application will prefer to
use a native menubar if the platform supports it. The application
author can set it to true if he wants to always use a Qt-rendered
menubar instead; or, he can call QMenuBar::setNativeMenuBar().
Qt and its plugins should not override the author's wishes.
Instead, if the platform plugin cannot create a native menubar
for whatever reason, createPlatformMenuBar() will return null,
and QMenuBar will fall back to using a Qt menubar instead.
The application can check the result via QMenuBar::isNativeMenuBar().
QMdiArea when maximized inside a QMainWindow with an empty title
does not replace the main window's title if we are using native menus.
This behavior turned out to be the same on Unity as it is on macOS,
so the autotest needed adjustment to expect that behavior whenever
the menubar is native, not only on certain platforms.
tst_QMenuBar::allowActiveAndDisabled() tests a standalone QMenuBar.
In f92f78094 it was disabled on macOS, but on Ubuntu it passes as
long as we force it to be a non-native menubar, so it should pass
that way on macOS too. Removed unused variable RESET to fix warning.

QAndroidEventDispatcherStopper is stopped when the application is in background
and the user uses the task manager to kill the task. If the application has
services the task manager doesn't kills it, but instead it tries to gently
terminate the activity. The problem is that the activity is still backgrounded
(meaning that the Qt event loop is freezed), therefore terminateQt will hang.

Since Android 5.0 Google introduce a nasty bug[1] which calls
JNI_OnLoad more than once.
Basically every time when a library is loaded JNI_OnLoad is
called if found, but it calls *again* JNI_OnLoad of its .so
dependencies! So, JNI_OnLoad of libQt5Core.so gets called may times,
this is not a problem as long as it's called from Qt's java delegate
class loader. The problem is that the application .so file *must* be
called from default class loader to allow the user to find his custom
Activity/Service stuff.

If QT_NO_TABLETEVENT defined, then there is no sense to create tablet
events.
Its better to create general touch events in this case.

... by replacing them with C++11 range-for loops.
This is the simplest of the patch series: Q_FOREACH took a
copy, so we do, too. Except we don't, since we're just
catching the return value that comes out of the function
(RVO). We can't feed the rvalues into range-for, because
they are non-const and would thus detach.

To avoid detaches of these mutable Qt containers,
wrap the container in qAsConst().
