This reverts commit c17a5cec1901dd23f4c39ec2ae47a060fbb06895.
The patch introduced a call to View.getRootViewInsets() which
was introduced in API level 23. We don't want to change the
minimum level for Qt 5.x series now, so we will revert the
change in 5.15 and reintroduce it in Qt 6, simultaneously
setting the minimum API level to 23.

- start from index -1 each time when we iterate. Each time when we add a
FolderIterator to the stack we MUST reset the index (-1) otherwise it will
continue from it's last position. To fix it we are cloning the FolderIterator
to set the index to -1. The index must be -1 in order to set it to 0 when we
first call next() method.
- introduce "fileType" static method for a more reliable also much faster
file type lookup. The old version of checking if a file exists, is a folder or
a file was buggy that's why it skipped some file randomly.

This flag tells the app to use as much of the screen as possible
while still keeping system UI visible, and can be supported on Android
by using translucent system UI, similar to iOS.
What this does:
1. It changes the current fullscreen/not-fullscreen logic to
allow three states: fullscreen, fullscreen with translucent
decorations and not-fullscreen.
2. In order for it to work, we have to send the actual
screen geometry and available geometry, at least in the case
where the user needs to know the available geometry to
know the safe area of the window. So we get the real screen
metrics and pass these to the QPA plugin (API level 17, so
we can do that now that the minimum version is 21.)
3. Note that getting the insets and calculating the useable
area does not work for non-fullscreen windows, since Android
is quite inconsistent in this respect. So in this case we
just use the window size and origin of 0,0 for the available
geometry.
4. Since we are touching this code anyway, this patch also tries to use
more consistent wording (calling it "available geometry" everywhere
instead of desktop geometry in some places and just geometry in
others, etc.)
[ChangeLog][Android] Qt::MaximizeUsingFullscreenGeometryHint window
flag is now supported, and will make the window fullscreen, but keep
the system UI on-screen, with a translucent background color.

This partially reverts commit 5e8b16f0e4247cc978b08480450526cfa3b25029.
Releasing the mouse button synthetically made it impossible
to use tap and hold gestures. When investigating, it seems
that other changes have fixed the original issue that
5e8b16f0e4247cc978b08480450526cfa3b25029 was meant to address,
so this is no longer needed.
[ChangeLog][Android] Fixed regression that made it impossible for an
application to use the tap-and-hold gesture.

This patch adds two custom targets to generate android apks. The
targets are named ${TARGET}_prepare_apk_dir and ${TARGET}_make_apk. The
first one insures the binary is copied to the right location and the
latter invokes androiddeployqt on the apk directory.

chance, but it's certainly not intentional.

Instead to extract the assets QML file, we create a .rcc bundle file
which is register by android qpa plugin before the it invokes the main
function. Thsi way we avoid extracting the QML files from assets as they
can be accessed directly from resources.
[ChangeLog][Android] Instead of bundling QML resources in assets
and extracting them on first start, Qt now creates an .rcc file
and register it before invoking the main function.

In 5bb178c479a247720fbc3fbb7f06a32b725193ac, the Android platform plugin was moved from
platforms/android to platforms/. The unforeseen consequence of this was that the plugin
loader for plugins/platforms would now find it, whereas before it would be ignored. It
would therefore be detected as the appropriate plugin, but since it was intended to be
loaded as a static plugin, loading it dynamically would fail.
Instead of fixing the static plugin loading, we remove this hack.

The platform menu tags in Qt are actually the pointers, so they are
64-bit values when the build is 64 bit. Since menu IDs in Android
are 32-bit ints, we cannot cast back and forth like we do. To fix
this, we add a separate hash of menu IDs to allow mapping between
Java and C++. For easier book-keeping, we add the hashes to the
menu bar and menu classes, so that we can easily recycle old menu
IDs when they are no longer in use.
Note that overriding the tag on the menus by calling setTag() will
not work, since Qt Widgets will later override it again by setting
it back to the menu's pointer.
[ChangeLog][Android] Fixed an issue where menus would not work on
64 bit builds.

Although QPlatformInputContext::reset() documentation says that reset()

Define the static QAtomic at file scope to avoid GCC's pessimisation with
function-static QAtomic (https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=79561),
and make sure the initial value is 0, so it ends up in BSS, not TEXT.
In QRhi..., don't create a static instance of the wrapper class, use a file-
static atomic, too. This turns the class into a glorified namespace.
