Commit 582d221b29bbf introduced a regression where
the default Base color is no longer white in light mode,
for some use cases like querying QApplication::palette()
and when using style sheets.
[NSColor windowBackgroundColor] is not the correct
color for QPalette:Base, [NSColor textBackgroundColor]
is, except for the Disabled state which uses windowBackgroundColor
to get a grayed-out look.
This also changes the dark mode Base color slightly, from
RGB(0.196, 0.196, 0.196) to RGB(0.118, 0.118, 0.118).

Change 582d221b29 caused a regression when drawing menu items in
e.g a QComboBox. After that change, QCocoaSystemSettings would set the
QPalette::Highlight color to [NSColor selectedMenuItemTextColor]. But
the Highlight color is the background color, not the text color. And we
also use [NSColor selectedMenuItemTextColor] as the QPalette::HighlightedText
color. The result is that highlighed menu items end up with the same
foreground and background color (white), which means that they "disappear".
The color that we used before the patch, alternateSelectedControlColor, could
be used, but has the downside that it doesn't follow the appearance color in
system settings (like it should, compared to native apps). And it's also slightly
to blue. But using keyboardFocusIndicatorColor seems like a perfect match.

It's been for years that QMenu's rounded corners in qmacstyle_mac were
done via QWidget::setMask(QRegion). Unfortunately, QRegion mask does not
work well with retina displays and also does not support translucency.
That's why in this change we explicitly make QMenu's background
transparent and then draw a rectangle with rounded corners in
QMacStyle::drawPrimitive(PE_PanelMenu). This not only gives much better
result than the mask-based approach, but also de-HIThemes QMenu.
As a consequence, QComboBoxPrivateContainer doesn't get any mask from
QMacStyle anymore. Therefore, when the mask is empty, we need to paint
PE_PanelMenu before invoking QFrame's paint event handler.

We introduce QPlatformFontDatabase::isPrivateFontFamily() to allow
testing for private, system UI font families. Both QFontComboBox
and QFontDialog need to filter out those private font families
which, by definition, should be hidden from the end user.
(The textedit example had to be updated to fix the issue where the
default font would be private. In 5.4, we will be adding an equivalent,
public API in QFontDatabase, and a better solution for the textedit
example and QTexEdit in general).
In particular, on OS X and iOS, private fonts are used for the system
UI font. Those have their font family name prefixed by a dot.
QCoreTextFontDatabase knows about this, and makes sure those are
tested positive as private font families. In order to have a cleaner
layer separation, we moved the QPA theme font resolution from the
platform theme classes into QCoreTextFontDatabase for both Cocoa and
iOS QPA plugins.
In both cases, we use CoreText's CTFontCreateUIFontForLanguage(), that
nicely maps to the HITheme API we were using so far on Mac. That means
one HITheme dependency less. We also cache the font descriptors we get
for these font for each time QCTFD::populateFamilies() gets called.
(While not common, this currently happens in auto-tests, like
tst_QFontDatabase, and could happen in actual applications -- specially
when adding and removing application fonts.)

This patch does 2 things mainly:
- Adds a QPlatformTheme font type for fixed fonts. It's important
because some OS provide specific monospaced fonts and we want to let
our applications to use the preferred fonts by default.
- Adds a new method and enum to QFontDatabase that expose the font
types that applications might need, so that they can make the
applications use the specific fonts that the system recommends. This
data was already available within Qt through the QPlatformTheme, but
it was not possible to use this data by Qt users. This new method
exposes such data.
