NSWindow setStyleMask can call viewDidMoveToWindow,
while setting the mask, view can have window == nil and we call 'obscure'
on this view's platform window/QWindow == 'unmapping' it.
As a result, it can happen that a child view (for example, QGLWidget's view)
never gets mapped back. This patch tries to limit this special
obscure/expose logic by the exact views it was introduced for
(c7bd85e97df1b188bcbd4a2a511313d221c5bb83, QTBUG-19840).

In d7ca800a87a2291c94c6580f0cfe068bb2280caf another parameter was
introduced to unify ShortcutOverride. The call to it in qnsview.mm
accidentally passed false as last parameter which would go to count
instead of tryShortcutOverride. The patch wasn't released yet, so this
regression doesn't need a change log entry.
Thanks to Felipe Seoane for spotting this!

m_backingStore pointer has a limited 'lifetime' - usually
it is set in -flushBackingStore:region:offset: method, then -drawRect:
is invoked/forced by -setNeedsDisplayInRect:, after that it's dangerous to
have a non-null pointer to a backing store (and we reset it).
But if Cocoa invokes drawRect (due to some reason) our null backing store pointer is also
not good. This patch instead is using a shared resource (QImage) from a backing store.
This patch also makes getBackingStoreCGImage() redundant - -drawRect: was the only
place we called it.

In some cases QToolBar creates a child window (a child borderless NSWindow)
placed on top of the toolbar's main window. As a result it's not possible
to drag this main window using its toolbar - the window "jumps" on the screen.
The reason is quite subtle - QNSView -handleMouseEvent: uses
[NSEvent mouseLocation] and this location is invalid:
- we have an NSWindow (parent)
- we have a child NSWindow ([parent addChildWindow:child ....]
- we handle drag event in a child window
- we move a parent window as a result of drag event
- Cocoa also moves a child window for us
- when handling the next drag event, location [NSEvent mouseLocation]
differs from the real event's location.

For QLatin1String, operator== is overloaded, so comparing to a latin-1
(C) string literal is efficient, since strlen() is comparatively fast.
OTOH, QStringLiteral, when not using RVO, litters the code with
QString dtor calls, which are not inline. Worse, absent lambdas,
it even allocates memory.
So, just compare using QLatin1String instead.

Deleting a QWindow automatically deletes its child windows because
they are in the QObject hierarchy. However, if the user sets both
WA_NativeWindow and WA_DontCreateNativeAncestors, we can't just
delete that widget's QWindow. First because the widget doesn't get
notified (and maybe it should be), and then because we may invalidate
any reference to the QWindow the user may have kept.
Our solution is to reparent the child QWindows into the new parent's
closest QWindow. We must, however, take the precaution of not keeping
any reference to the backing store in the platform window. Reparenting
operations can trigger repaints on the platform window, but the backing
store is not set and flushed until later.

The QPanGesture recognizer requires single-point touch events. The touch
implementation in Qt 4 would test Qt::WA_TouchPadAcceptSingleTouchEvents
and forward single touch events if set.
Making this work in Qt 5 is a little bit more involved since the platform
plugins don't know about widgets.
Change the Cocoa touch implementation to send single-point touch events
to QWidgetWindow windows only. Make QApplication forward single-point
touch events only if the target widget has the
Qt::WA_TouchPadAcceptSingleTouchEvents attribute set.

Frame strut button state can get out of sync due to
missing calls to handleFrameStrutMouseEvent, typically
when a mouse down is sent but the mouse up isn't.
There is no reason this should interfere with normal
button state: Add m_frameStrutButtons for tracking
the frame strut button state.

We are using tracking areas for mouse move, enter/leave and cursor
update events, so we should keep handling of that out of the
"normal" event chain.
If we handle mouse moved events in the views' mouseMoved method,
we need to pass the event up the responder chain if we didn't handle it,
or we would break for example hover behavior in native WebViews,
because these do not handle mouse moved events directly in their
mouseMoved:, but only if the event wasn't handled otherwise
(arguably a bug in Web(HTML)View).
But passing the event up the responder chain is not good either, because
the QNSViews in the parent hierarchy get the event from their tracking
areas already.

Regression caused by 0be1c4899c.
The calls to handleCloseEvent/flushWindowSystemEvents
may result in popup window deletion and a stale/null
pointer access.
Get the window type before closing it.

With change acebf677 we treat Qt::ToolTip similar
to Qt::Popup and close them on a mouse click on the
parent window. This mouse click is not forwarded
to the standard mouse event handler.
Add an exception for Qt::ToolTip.
