* iOS: Trigger manual layout of root view controller when coming out of backgroundTor Arne Vestbø2018-04-181-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | When rotating the device when the application is in the background iOS will ask the root view controller to layout its views when then foregrounding the application, but at that point the application state is still in the suspended state, meaning we block any view resizing or rendering. To ensure the views are resized correctly, we trigger a manual layout after the application comes out of the suspended state. | * UIKit: Ensure that Qt's application state is initialized at startupTor Arne Vestbø2016-06-171-3/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Using dispatch_async to deliver the initial application state at startup was broken, as that would leave the application in the default application state, inactive, until the next runloop pass. This became a problem when an application was started backgrounded, eg. in response to location updates or a Bluetooth accessory waking it up, as it would have a small window of time at startup where it would think it was able to render content (since the window was exposed), while in fact the application was running in the background. iOS will in these situations kill the app for doing background rendering. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to point to qt.io. Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead) Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp) Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license combination Change-Id: I6f49b819a8a20cc4f88b794a8f6726d975e8ffbe Reviewed-by: Matti Paaso <matti.paaso@theqtcompany.com>

* iOS: Guard against this and self being deleted when using dispatch_asyncTor Arne Vestbø2013-09-111-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When the QIOSApplicationState object owned by the platform integration was deleted we would deallocate QIOSApplicationStateListener, but would then get a callback on the main queue later on where we would reference the now invalid 'this' variable. By moving the dispatch_async call to QIOSApplicationStateListener and using 'self' we ensure that the listener is retained for as long as the block is valid. This opens us up for receiving application state callbacks after QCoreApplication has been deleted, so we need to guard against that.
