Renaming the attribute to make it platform-independent, since in spite
of currently being supported only on Windows, it may be eventually
supported on other platforms where it may be useful.

This change provides a way to disable the automatic showing of the native
Windows on-screen virtual keyboard when a text editing widget is
selected on a system without a physical keyboard, by enabling the new
AA_MSWindowsDisableVirtualKeyboard application attribute, allowing
applications to use a custom virtual keyboard implementation.

This change detects that the Qt Virtual Keyboard is in use through the
QT_IM_MODULE environment variable and disables the native Windows OSK
accordingly, to avoid showing both virtual keyboards at the same time.

This amends cc873ec23a98ac32d10ac5fa569792fde2f6b2c8 which worked around
a problem that was showing up on earlier versions of Windows. This
extends the workaround up to Windows 10 1703 as the problem was still
occurring up to that version.

A blinking white dot could appear on dark backgrounds on Windows 7/8/8.1.
It was caused by a workaround added to trigger the on-screen keyboard
on the Microsoft Surface. This change effectively restricts that
workaround to Windows 10, where the blinking dot was not an issue.
And anyway, impact over the Surface functionality should be minimal,
as all models produced since 2015 only support Windows 10 (and it's
unknown if the workaround was ever necessary for early models running
Windows 8.1).

The automatic showing/hiding of the built-in on-screen keyboard in
touchscreen-based Windows computers, like the Microsoft Surface line,
has stopped working after recent Windows updates. The OSK no longer
seems to rely on UI Automation properties to detect text widgets.
However, it can be triggered by showing an invisible caret.

The MSVC STL warns when passing naked pointers as non-bounded
iterators to algorithms such as std::equal and std::copy, in
an attempt to inform users that the range specified by that
iterator has an implicit minimum size that the caller of the
algorithm must ensure is met:
warning C4996: 'std::_Equal1': Function call with parameters that may be unsafe - \
this call relies on the caller to check that the passed values are correct. To \
disable this warning, use -D_SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS. See documentation on how to \
use Visual C++ 'Checked Iterators'
When building Qt, as well as when building user projects with
qmake (cf. 0a76b6bc7f98900ea884cd10ccca1a332e5bdba5), we
globally disable this warning (with -D_SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS),
but since we started using STL algorithms in public headers (e.g.
in qvector.h), users get this warning in their own projects now,
unless they, too, define said macro. But such a requirement is
against the Qt policy to have headers that are warning-free as
much as possible.
The suggested way of fixing this warning is to wrap the naked
pointer in a stdext::unchecked_array_iterator before passing it
to the algorithm, cf. examples in
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ttcz0bys%28v=vs.120%29.aspx
or, together with the capacity-made-explicit, in a
stdext::checked_array_iterator.
To avoid ifdefs for platforms that don't have these extensions
(which, incidentally, for the unchecked case, includes MSVC 2012),
wrap the calls in macros.
The end game here is to drop -D_SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS, at least
for public headers, even though this commit also adds the wrapper
to implementation and private header files.
An alternative to the wrapper would have been the version of
std::equal that takes four iterators. However, that is a C++14
library feature, while this version of Qt still needs to compile
with a C++98 compiler, and, more importantly, there isn't, and
never will be, a corresponding 4-iterator version of std::copy.

Extract a base class QWindowsBaseWindow from QWindowsWindow that provides
_sys() getters for geometry and margin calculation and implements
QPlatformWindow::geometry()/ frameMargins() to be calculated from the
HWND.
Implement a QWindowsDesktopWindow class directly inheriting
QWindowsBaseWindow which does not allow any manipulation.
Add a thin QWindowsForeignWindow class that wraps a foreign window id and
always returns correct geometry/margin information when queried. Simple
reparenting and manipulation of geometry for child windows is also implemented,
allowing for embedding foreign windows into Qt. When calling other setters on
it, the unimplemented warnings of QPlatformWindow will trigger.
Remove the special casing for foreign/desktop window from QWindowsWindow.
The existing mechanism to cache the geometry/margin values in QWindowsWindow
remains as is.
Rename the existing QWindowsWindow::baseWindowOf() and add checks there.

Amend change b55f88caba339a49bf0ebabfa324dde523c2b866 by splitting
out the enabling into a separate function and call that when
QWindowsInputContext::update() is triggered to reflect updates
of the microfocus in QGraphicsView or item view widgets.

When clicking onto another widget while in the middle of composing should
cause it to be seen as an acceptance of the composed text so far instead
of just cancelling it outright.
This was validated against the Japanese, Korean and Chinese IMEs on
Windows 7.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination
