full update only"
This reverts commit a81dfb32d6f9e7a407567511c20b59e537f6a063.
Paint immediately on WM_PAINT in all cases in order to
avoid flicker on resize.
The cases mentioned in commit a81dfb should no longer
apply:
- QTBUG-38327: QGLWidget is not supported in Qt 6.
- QTBUG-39842: Fixed by using ExcludeUserInputEvents.
Fixes: QTBUG-89688

Change QWindowsWindow::format() to return the QWindow's requested
format instead of storing it as do the other platforms. This will
cause the alpha (layered flag) to be adapted in
QWindowsBackingStore::flush(). Note that it does not fix
the issue; the window does not update correctly after
changing WS_EX_LAYERED.

Change TouchWindowTouchType(s) to be (global) property of
QGuiApplication's native Windows interface since it does not make
sense to set it per window.
It appears the previous code setting the types per Window has never
worked since registerTouchWindow() bailed out due to the checks for
the flags TouchRegistered and IsTouchWindow() (setting in
HCBT_CREATEWND). In addition, registering windows for touch after
plugging in a device would not observe the setting.
Move the checks around to make this work.

QWindowsWindow::updateFullFrameMargins() which is called
from the screen changed handling does not take native menus
into account.
Since the size of the menu is not known when using
EnableNonClientDpiScaling(), obtaining the correct frame
size requires triggering a WM_NCCALCSIZE message. Extract
the helper forceNcCalcSize() from QWindowsMenu and
use that from updateFullFrameMargins() in case menus are present.

windows
When asynchronous events are used for notifications about screen changes
it is possible that we run into a race condition where the scale factor
has not yet been updated for the new screen. This results in a wrong
geometry being set for the window that is moved between the screens.
We do not have that problem with synchronous events.

This can be used to create custom client side window decorations.
Refactors the xcb implementation to use edges instead of corners and we now use
the last mouse position for `root_x` and `root_y` in the `_NET_WM_MOVERESIZE`
event. Touch has also been changed, so just pick a point that's currently being
pressed.
The workaround for QTBUG-69716 has now been moved to QSizeGrip, as the comment
in the bug report says that it should ideally be fixed at the widget level.
On Windows, we no longer abort when GetSystemMenu returns false. I assume this
code was added to check whether the window didn't have any decorations and not
resize in that case. However, since the point of this patch is to let windows
without native decorations resize/move, it makes most sense to remove the
check.
Adds a manual test, which calls QWindow::startSystemMove and startSystemResize
on touch and mouse events.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] Added API for starting interactive window resize and move
operations handled by the system.

A previous change modified hit testing in the non-client area of
fixed-size windows, in order to prevent showing a resize cursor when
the windows are not resizable (QTBUG-77220). The change assigned
HTCAPTION for any point over the entire title bar, including the top
bar buttons, which on Windows 7 classic or basic desktop caused these
buttons to become unresponsive. The present fix changes this behavior
to redefine only the outer sizing frame, while letting the rest of the
title bar be handled by DefWindowProc().
