making the widgets/richtext/textedit example look bad.

This was completely broken until now because the ranges were assumed to be
from the OS/2 header map. These are actual unicode ranges from the cmap,
so they need to be matched by looping over the values and checking if they
fall within a given writing system range.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

System-installed TrueType fonts can be read into memory and loaded into
the FreeType font engine. This allows the application to be packaged
without fonts, but does not work on Windows Phone where DirectWrite is
not supported.
Every single-file TrueType font is registered with the font database,
and then loaded into memory at the point that the font is actually used.
