The Unix stat fields "st_ctime" and "st_ctim" mean "change time", the
last time that the file/inode status fields were changed. It does not
mean "creation time". So this commit splits all of the internal API to
"birth" and "metadata change" instead of "creation" to avoid the
conflict.

When running on a desktop machine (using Windws SDK 10.0.14393) the
palette had fully transparent text colors which were assigned in the
"phone only" part of the theme's initialization. By checking the API
contract we can avoid that part of the initialization and thus return
proper values.

The event's count parameter is used to determine the number of keys
involved in the key event, not the repeat count of the key press.
The desktop windows implementation does not pass the "count" parameter,
so we omit it as well.
The tryShortcutOverride parameter is only used on macOS and thus can be
omitted as well.

CoreWindow::GetAsyncKeyState returns flags and not enums so checking
equality does not give the needed result.
As seen in qwindowskeymapper.cpp key events that only contain a modifier
key should not have the key itself as a modifier when calling
handleExtendedKeyEvent.
With the current approach the modifier states are the same as
on desktop Windows.

Continue to use the enum values does not gain anything as the native

This reflects QWidget API, and restores some behavior from Qt4.
Some WM can have several state at the same time. On Plasma for example,
when a window is both maximized and minimized, the "maximized" checkbox
is checked from the taskbar entry.
The API of QPlatformWindow was changed to take a QFlag and the platform
plugins were adapted.
- On XCB: Always send the full state to the WM. And read the full state.
- On Windows: The code was originally written with '&' in Qt4, and was changed
to == when porting. Some adaptation had to be made so the states would be
preserved.
- On macOS: Only a single state can be set and is reported back for now,
with the possibly to expand this in the future.
- Other platforms: Just do as before with the effective state.

Very large 1080p TVs or any display which is running at an abnormally
low resolution can have a DPI lower than 48, which means that
qRound(dpi/96) will result in a 0 pixel density, causing critical
issues for applications using Qt::AA_EnableHighDpiScaling.
Make sure that we always have a pixel density of at least 1 to allow
applications not having to worry about such displays.

public uses of external libraries are automatically transitive now, so
we can remove some parts which were only meant to pull in transitive
dependencies manually.
this is particularly good for includes() of parts of QtPlatformSupport,
which actually redundantly pulled in the library's sources.
this required making the freetype and fontconfig dependencies public,
which is ok, as in the end, they are used only by platform plugins, so
there is no point in making them private, as plugins are not linked
against anyway (except statically, but there public vs. private doesn't
apply anyway).
