Mention that the current minimal supported version of
libxcb is 1.9.1, amend 1f5d791708d5d256a76872f254251dac66e82cdb.
Remove the specific package requirements for the xcb plugin:
these lists are unmaintained and besides there are build
instructions in wiki: https://wiki.qt.io/Building_Qt_5_from_Git

- Replace xinput2 feature by xcb-xinput, which doesn't
depend on xcb-xlib
- Remove xi2PrepareXIGenericDeviceEvent() that was used to
fix incompatibilty between XCB and libXi structs
- Drop XCB_USE_XINPUT21 and XCB_USE_XINPUT22 defines that were
needed with libXi
Although xcb-xinput was released in version 1.13 of libxcb,
it was quite stable in version 1.12, and the parts that we
use did not change between versions, so require system
xcb-xinput 1.12.
[ChangeLog][X11] The xcb plugin was ported to use libxcb-xinput
instead of libXi for XInput2 support. The -xinput2 configure
option was replaced by -xcb-xinput.

... from 1.7.4 to 1.7.5 (released Sep, 2015).
Some more locking issues were fixed after 1.7.4. Testing
for a prolonged period of time has showed that 1.7.5 does
not cause a system lock-up.
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes][X11 / XCB] Minimal libXi
version requirement has been updated from 1.7.4 to 1.7.5. This
is because XIAllowTouchEvents is known to deadlock with libXi 1.7.4
and earlier. When touch events are never received, this is not
an issue. Plain mouse / keyboard systems are not affected.

...because we cannot support it in a robust way. Querying the version
via pkg-config only works when xi2 is picked up via pkg-config. Also,
having a version at build time does not mean we'll have the same at
runtime.
Modern distros (e.g. Ubuntu 15.04 and newer) will have libXi 1.7.4 or
newer.

Some of the xcb- libraries we depend upon are not (yet) common across
distributions. This is problematic for binaries that should be working
on different distributions. The patch mitigates this by:
Adding the files from
libxcb-proto (version 0.1.6), compiled with libxcb-1.5
xcb-util (version 0.3.9)
xcb-util-image (version 0.3.9)
xcb-util-keysyms (version 0.3.9)
xcb-util-renderutil (version 0.3.8)
xcb-util-wm (version 0.3.9)
from xcb.freedesktop.org/dist to src/3rdparty/xcb.
Adding a configure option '-qt-xcb' to use the sources instead of
linking to the respective runtime libraries.

To give applications that want it the option to use a fixed timestep for
animations, and to avoid having values of 60 hard-coded (we have a
couple of those in qtdeclarative/src/quick already), we need to know the
refresh rates of the screens we are rendering to.

config.tests/qpa/xcb now check for this.

In previous commits we took into account bound shaping, but X also
supports input shaping, so make sure it's inside both input and bounding
shaping to consider the position as inside a window
My tests show that when unset Bound Shaping and Input Shaping return the
rectangle of the window itself, so we need to be inside both of the
rectangle sets to consider the position as a dragabble position for the
window

This is the beginning of revision history for this module. If you
want to look at revision history older than this, please refer to the
Qt Git wiki for how to use Git history grafting. At the time of
writing, this wiki is located here:

If you have already performed the grafting and you don't see any
history beyond this commit, try running "git log" with the "--follow"
argument.
