When painting into a pixmap, we would apply the system clip,
which is a rectangle that starts at the position of the current
widget relative to the window. If the widget was not positioned
at (0,0), we would therefore clip the top left part of the drawing
when drawing into a pixmap, which is obviously not intentional.
The solution is in accordance with how it is done in e.g. the OpenGL
paint engine, where useSystemClip is set to true only if we are
drawing to a widget. The system clip should otherwise be ignored,
so we do that in the X11 paint engine as well.

The conversion fallback did not catch all the more recently added
QImage formats, leading to corrupt pixmaps or crashes. Also alpha
channels were needlessly thrown away if present.

C++11 deprecated 'register' as a storage specifier, and C++17 removes
it.
Fixes GCC 7.0 warning-turned-error:
nativepainting/qpixmap_x11.cpp:2013:25: error: ISO C++1z does not allow ‘register’ storage class specifier [-Werror=register]

This commit revives the old native QPixmap and QPaintEngine
implementations that were present in Qt4. The backing store supports
regular raster windows in this commit. Support for render-to-texture
widgets and OpenGL compositing will be added in a follow-up commit.
