available for xrandr 1.5 like we did before for xrandr 1.4
(since a094af001795c9651b299d700a992150d1aba33a).
Tested with following combination:
* qtbase -DECM_ENABLE_SANITIZERS=address cmake build
* examples/widgets/widgets/wiggly with
ASAN_OPTIONS=verify_asan_link_order=0 env
* xrandr --output LastScreen --off and --auto.

Since this change, screen is logical instead of physical.
If xrandr 1.5 and later is installed, Qt screen info will get
from xrandr monitor object instead of xrandr output if only have
1.2 to 1.4.
Users can manipulate monitor as they want, for example, a
combination for two physical screens, half of one screen and etc.
Didn't have chance to access MST monitors, but it should work
if xrandr monitor object was created automatically.
[ChangeLog][xcb] Qt screen info will get from xrandr monitor
object if 1.5 is installed.

QHighDpiScaling has two init/update functions:
- initHighDpiScaling(): called once during QGuiApplication construction
- updateHighDpiScaling(): called whenever (relevant) screen configuration changes
Currently the calls to updateHighDpiScaling() are made from
multiple places including platform code. Simplify by calling
it from two locations:
- QWindowSystemInterface::handleScreenAdded()
- QGuiApplicationPrivate::processScreenLogicalDotsPerInchChange()
Replace comment about early calls to qt_defaultDpi with a
test which calls qt_defaultDpiX/Y with no screens attached.
(Looking at the qt_defaultDpiX() implementation, it is unlikely
that there will be a problem as long as updateHighDpiScaling()
is called before QGuiApplication::primaryScreen() starts returning
a non-null value.)

QWindowSystemInterface is the de facto API for any plumbing going from
the platform plugin to QtGui. Having the functions as protected members
of QPlatformIntegration was idiosyncratic, and resulted in awkward
workarounds to be able to call the functions from outside of the
QPlatformIntegration subclass.
The functions in QPlatformIntegration have been left in, but deprecated
so that platform plugins outside of qtbase have a chance to move over to
the new QWSI API before they are removed.

The old name was confusing as it conflicted with
QList<T>::swap(QList &other), that was doing something
completely different.
Rename the method to swapItemsAt() which is a lot clearer.

This patch amends d67214302f269242ae3d8d2b962fd91ec42c979e.
The issue was caused by mistakenly interchanging
m_hasXRender <-> m_hasXRandr. Also renamed
selectXRandrEvents() -> xrandrSelectEvents() to be more
consistent with xi2Select*() API. And moved the xrandrSelectEvents()
to QXcbConnection ctor for the same reason.

Moved all screen handling method implementations into
qxcbconnection_screens, the same way we are doing with
xinput2 code in qxcbconnection_xi.cpp. The goal was to
reduce the size of qxcbconnection.h/cpp.
