Don't crash; restore windows when all screens are removed and re-added.
xcb: on configure notify, check for screen change: it may be that a
window belonging to a screen which was removed has now gotten mapped
to the new screen. On screen change, send a synthetic expose event,
because the real expose events already happened.

Applications which construct a window with one screen configuration and show
the window later on after a screen configuration change crash because the
QXcbWindow::m_screen still pointed to the screen present at the time of window
construction. In QXcbWindow::handleConfigureNotifyEvent the m_screen should get
updated with the new screen, but I didn't see that method called in the
scenario outlined. Looking at the other platform backends, I however see that
they take the screen directly from the QPlatformWindow instead of storing the
instance, hence this patch which makes QXcbWindow do the same.

Fix screen detection and window geometry when screens have
different displayPixelRatios.
We must use the native coordinate system to figure out which
screen a window belongs to. Also, when a window moves to a
screen with a different devicePixelRatio, we must recalculate
the Qt geometry.

[ChangeLog][QPA][Xcb] GLX and EGL code paths are now dynamically
resolved, making it possible for one build of a plugin to use both code
paths. Default is to use the GLX code path if available. This can be
overwritten by specifying QT_XCB_GL_INTEGRATION=xcb_egl as an
evnironment variable. Enable qt.xcb.glintegration.debug to get debug log
output of what integration is used

Issuing a metacall from swapBuffers is dangerous since the window
may get destroyed by the time the slot is invoked.
This patch changes it to use an event, which is more efficient anyway,
that can be invalidated in case the QXcbWindow is destroy()'ed before
the event is delivered.

This change improves the synced resizes of xcb windows and adds support
for synced resizes of glx windows.
The QXcbWindow keeps a better track on whether the window manager
expects a sync and can be in one of three states:
* no sync required
* sync required, but configure notify event not yet received
* sync required and configured
By tracking this in the QXcbWindow itself the backing store can make
use of this information and doesn't need an own heuristic to decide
whether a sync is needed.
Also this allows to add support for synced resizes of windows with an
OpenGLSurface. This is accomplished by checking the sync state after
swapping buffers. As the OpenGL context may be bound to a background
thread the sync is done using a QueuedConnection to ensure that the
sync happens in the thread which created the xcb window.
So far this is only added for GLX.
This significantly improves the resize experience of QQuickWindow and
also the initial mapping with a composited window manager in case the
compositor uses the sync protocol to determine whether the window is
ready to get painted on screen.

First of all QT_NO_SHAPE was never set in configure script, which
means that !contains(DEFINES, QT_NO_SHAPE):LIBS += -lxcb-shape always
was true and we were linking to -lxcb-shape no matter what.
Secondly, we are providing shape.c in qtbase/src/3rdparty/xcb/libxcb, so
users always have an -qt-xcb option available to get this extension.

Add a static QWindow::fromWinId(WId id) constructor which can be used to
create a QWindow object representing windows created by other processes.
Then, QWindow::setParent() can be used to embed a window into a foreign
window socket and QWindow::setTransientParent() to stick the current
window on top of a foreign window.
The changes in the QtWidgets module ensure that the focus chain (TAB
navigation) correctly works when a QtWidgets-based window is embedded
into another application.
As far as the platform implementation is concerned, this commit only
implements the embedding functionality in the XCB plugin. So, this is
roughly equivalent to the Qt4 QX11EmbedWidget functionality.

translateMouseButtons() was only able to correctly handle the left,
right, and mid mouse buttons. Thus, if any buttons outside of those were
pressed, the motion notify event would basically unset the mouse button
mask, leading to a release event being sent instead. Later on, when the
actual release event arrives, that button gets xor'ed into the empty
button mask generating another press, and later another motion event
will generate a release. In the end that means two press-release
sequences are sent for any extra mouse buttons.
Instead of getting the mask of the buttons currently being pressed from
the event, we need to keep track of the mask ourselves.

The current implementation requests the platform window to set
the window state if it can, and return the actual window state
back.
The problem with this approach is that the platform window is created
as late as possible, so a call to QWindow::setWindowState would in
many (most?) cases never be forwarded to the platform window (instead,
the platform window is responsible to check the current window state
upon creation). As such, the window state might be left unsynched with
the platform window.
This patch suggests removing the return value from
QPlatformWindow::setWindowState. This will at least be consistent, so
that setting/getting state would produce the same result independent of
delayed window creation. If needed, we can later add new API to
QPlatformIntegration or QPlatformWindow for querying supported/actual
window state.

The current implementation requests the platform window to set
as many of the flags it can, and return the same flags with the
unsupported flags removed.
The problem with this approach is that the platform window is created
as late as possible, so a call to QWindow::setWindowFlags would in
many (most?) cases never be forwarded to the platform window (instead,
the platform window is responsible to check the current window flags
upon creation). As such, the filtering would never be done.
Looking at the current set of plugins, most of them also seems to
ignore this protocol, returning the flags unfiltered.
This patch suggests removing the return value from

that setting/getting flags would produce the same result independent of

The main reasons for doing this are:
1. _qpa.h end up in the master QtGui include file. QtGui is meant for
userland applications. qpa code is neither binary nor source compatible.
Inadvertant use of QPA api makes the user code binary-incompatible.
2. syncqt creates forwarding headers for non-private header files. This
gives people the impression that this is public API.
As discussed on the mailing list, even though QPA api is internal and subject
to change, it needs to treated differently from private headers since they
will be used by in-qtbase and out-of-qtbase plugins.
This commit does the following:
1. The _qpa in QPA header files is dropped.
2. syncqt now treats any file with qplatform prefix as a special file and
moves it to qpa/ directory. The recommended way of using QPA API in plugins
is: #include <qpa/qplatformfoo.h>. This allows the user include QPA API
from multiple modules (for example, qplatformfoo might be in QtPrintSupport)
3. The user needs to explicitly add QT += <module>-private to get access to
the qpa api.
4. Creates compat headers for the olden style qplatformfoo_qpa.h and QPlatformFoo
includes.
This commit does not change the cpp filenames. This requires a more careful
merging of existing non qpa cpp files and existing cpp files on a case by
case basis. This can be done at anytime.
The following files are not renamed as part of this changed but will be fixed
as part of a future change:
src/gui/kernel/qgenericpluginfactory_qpa.h
src/gui/kernel/qgenericplugin_qpa.h
src/gui/kernel/qwindowsysteminterface_qpa.h
files were renamed using
for x in `find . -name "qplatform*_qpa.h"`; do git mv $x "${x/_qpa.h/.h}"; done
for x in `find . -name "qplatform*_qpa_p.h"`; do git mv $x "${x/_qpa_p.h/_p.h}"; done
includes were renamed using script
for file in `find . -name "*.h" -or -name "*.cpp" -or -name "*.mm"`; do

This patch renames setOrientation to handleContentOrientationChange,
fixing the issue of double status bar (portrait and landscape)
when running Qt5 apps with QtComponents on N9 in portrait mode.
(thanks to Simon for pointing out the difference between
changing the window and the content orientations)

- Avoid sending Window State change events from
WM_STATE/NET_WM_STATE changes irrelevant to Qt::WindowState.
- Introduce QFlags for the NetWmState getter and setter to
avoid passing QVector<> around.

Since change 2e4d8f67a871f2033 the need for Map and Unmap events has
gone away, as now the Expose event is used to notify the application
about when it can start rendering.
The Map and Unmap events weren't really used except by QWidget to set
the WA_Mapped flag, which we now set based on the expose / unexpose.
Also guarantee that a Resize event is always sent before the first
Expose, by re-introducing an asynchronous expose event handler. Since
an expose is required before rendering to a QWindow, show a warning if
QOpenGLContext::swapBuffers() or QBackingStore::flush() if called on a
window that has not received its first expose.

QXcbWindow::updateNetWmUserTime() creates a new window using the
actual window as its parent. This operation was failing when Xlib
usage and GLX (or EGL) was enabled because in these cases the real
window was created with a different visual using XCreateWindow.
For the user time window however we were passing the xcb_screen's
root_visual always, and this cannot work when Xlib+GLX/EGL is in use,
resulting in a BAD_MATCH (followed by some annoying flicker on the
screen on Ubuntu at least, or a full log off (X crash?) on Fedora).
The patch saves the visual id used to create the actual window and
passes that when creating the user time window. This way the creation
of the user time window succeeds with Xlib+GLX too.
