This removes the fully manual registration of comparison operators in
QMetaType and replaces it with an automatic registration through
Q_DECLARE_METATYPE().
[ChangeLog][QMetaType] The QMetaType::registerComparator() and
QMetaType::registerEqualsComparator() have been removed.
Q_DECLARE_METATYPE() now automatically registers any
operator==() and/or operator<() for a type visible where
it is used on that type, as part of declaring its meta-type.

Done using clang-tidy. This is not complete as

When invoking QPageSetupDialog from QPrintPreviewDialog, don't construct
a new QPageSetupDialog every time the pageSetup action is triggered, instead
reuse the dialog if it's already been created. This way setPrinter is called
only once. This matches how QPrintDialog invokes QPageSetupDialog.
Set the default print device paper size in initPageSizes() instead of
setPrinter().

Duplex and Page Size are not shown in the "Advanced" options tag
since they are more important options, this means we were not
taking them into account for ppd conflicts since we never set
their values in the ppd, we do use the new-style cups options for
them when printing
With this patch we add m_pageSizePpdOption and m_duplexPpdOption
to set the values to the ppd struct behind the scenes.

would not let you select less margin than the minimum printer
supported margin, this brings back the old behavior

Previous behavior:
* Open, change setting, cancel, open again, setting was as originally (i.e. unchanged)
* Open, change setting, accept, open, change setting, cancel, open again, the setting would be as before pressing cancel
* Open, change setting, accept, open, press cancel without changing anything, print, the initially changed setting is not applied
New behavior:
* Pressing cancel just cancels the changes since you opened the dialog, everything you accepted previously stays correctly selected

There were several problems that i've fixed in a single commit since they are very interwinded
* The dialog used QPageSize::Custom for two things, the custom sizes coming from
the printer and the "user can write whatever size they want" size. Now only
the printer custom sizes use QPageSize::Custom and we use m_realCustomPageSizeIndex
for the "user can write whatever size they want" one.
* The dialog stored the QPageSize id as the combo userData, that doesn't work
when the printer has multiple custom sizes since they all share QPageSize::Custom
so now it stores the QPageSize itself

Convert the Linux / CUPS version of the QPageSetupDialog to use
QPageSize and QPageLayout internally. As this is an almost complete
re-write of the internals the liberty has been taken of doing renames
and code moves that would normally be done in separate commits, but in
this case would have been mostly pointless done separately.

Move CUPS code around to create a new CUPS printsupport plugin, this
fixes QPrinterInfo for CUPS which depends on the plugin to work.
It QT_NO_CUPS is defined then the plugin is not built and only Print
to PDF is supported under Linux.
* Move unused genericiunixprintersupport plugin to start new CUPS
printsupport plugin
* Split QPdfPrintEngine to create QCupsPrintEngine
* Remove LPR related code from QPdfPrintEngine
* Move CUPS specific code from plugin base class to derived CUPS class
* Remove forcing CUPS print engine to use PDF mode as PDF is now Native
* Move qt_getCupsPrinterPaperSizes from qprinterinfo_unix to
QCUPSSupport
* Remove qprinterinfo_unix as no longer used
* Remove all QT_NO_LPR uses
There is now no CUPS specific code left in printsupport/kernel except
QCUPSSupport which is needed for the dialogs.

This doesn't compile with a typical cross-compilation setup, which
generally won't include cups headers. The commit should have been
rejected, but wasn't, due to a bug in the Qt Project CI.
Since it now causes all other modules depending on qtbase to fail their
CI, it must be reverted to minimize disruption while the commit can be
amended and/or the test toolchain updated to include cups headers.
This reverts commit 80f7a388906f94f58bf765a32b9abbb16f967db2.
