Skip ends the test (albeit inconclusively). Rearrange the enums in
the abstract logger, move code to handle skip between relevant
function and tidy up various things that became simpler as a result.
Also reorder the message enum, and its switches, to separate testlib's
internals from the usual Qt messages, and put each group in ascending
order of severity.

Using partially-converted text would lead to invalid XML, so don't use
the buffer contents if the return is zero. As a result,
QTestJUnitStreamer::formatEnd() needs to return some indication of
whether *it* succeeded, so change it to forward their int returns;
and, as it's in fact only used internally by the streamer, make it
private.
Make these functions [[nodiscard]] so that further uses of them will
be discouraged from ignoring the possibility of failure. Make the
public versions return bool so that they can correctly succeed on
empty input. Assert various conditions we can infer to save work we
don't need to do.

The comment against the use of this claimed qvsnprintf() lacks 64-bit
support, which is probably untrue by now but certainly irrelevant as
the value being formatted is a qreal, not a 64-bit integral type.
Since %g wants a double, make the value passed explicitly double by
casting its denominator. Casting its numerator to qreal was
superfluous as that's its type already.

Make the overloads taking a size private (they're only called by the
implementation of the others) and have them take qsizetype for the
size, rather than size_t. Make the still-public ones consistently
return 0 on failure and move the documentation to them.
Change some spurious checks (QTestCharBuffer::size() is necessarily
positive) to assertions, use '\0' for the nul character to make it
visually distinct from the integer 0. Use a do..while loop instead of
break-ing out of the tail of a for (;;) loop. Remove spurious extra
nul-termination - the function taking size alread did that, so the
wrapper to size-expand needn't. Minor style cleanups.

XML expects '.' as the decimal separator, but when using normal
%f formatting we end up depending on the user's current locale.
By using QString::number() we tap into qt_doubleToAscii which
forces the use of the C locale, giving predictable output.

combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)

Add an 'info' message type that can be used for messages that are neither
warnings (QtWarningMsg), nor for debugging only (QtDebugMsg). This is
useful mainly for applications that do not have to adhere to the
'do not print anything by default' paradigm that we have for
the Qt libraries itself.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][Logging] QtInfoMsg got added as a new QtMsgType.

We need to have a finer grained control over the tests
we skip in our CI system. This adds a blacklisting
mechanism that allows blacklisting individual test
functions (or even test data) using a set of predefined
matching keys for the operating system and some other
relevant variables.
QTestlib will search for a file called BLACKLIST in the test
directory and parse it if found. The file contains a simple
ini style list of functions to blacklist. For details see
qtestblacklist.cpp.

C++11 supports user-defined string literals, which makes
the C++98-accepted literal string concatenation sequence
"foo"MACRO
illegal under C++11.
The solution is to add whitespace between the string
literal and the macro. For symmetry, this patch adds it
on both sides.

Remove the undocumented feature that allows test functions to be
executed in random order. The feature was designed to expose unintended
dependencies between test functions -- test functions are only supposed
to depend on the initTestCase() and init() functions.
Aside from the lack of documentation, there are a number of problems
with this feature. Most importantly, running the tests in random order
has only a 50% chance of exposing dependencies between test functions.
A better strategy would be to run the test functions in reverse order
and complain if that produces different results to running the tests in
the normal order.
Additionally, the random order is not deterministic, so even if a
dependency is exposed during a test run, there's no guarantee that it
will be exposed again. The feature allows the user to optionally
supply a random seed to make the "random" order deterministic, but as
rand() implementations are not identical across platforms, even that
does not guarantee that dependencies between test functions will be
exposed deterministically.
