QQmlJS::AST::SourceLocation wasn't marked as movable, and it is larger
than void*, so QList<SourceLocation> is horribly inefficient.
Fix by marking as movable primitive and holding in QVector instead.
The same fix probably is required in QtDeclarative, too.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Classes should either use or not use override, otherwise it hurts
code readability.
Some inline keywords were removed because of an error with MSVC2010:
error C2216: 'override' cannot be used with 'inline'

The files here are a copy of the parser from the qtdeclarative repository.
This patch combines commit cfff375afcfe63d25b3c1904ff58a90bcd1edb43 and
f876562de8eb978cea39fe72e76c49ae51ff2f97 from the qtdeclarative repository to
fix the license and allow for read-only object property syntax.

Because qdoc is part of qtbase/src/tools, it is not allowed to depend
on anything outside of qtbase. But qdoc uses the QML parser from
qtdeclarative, so qdoc has its own copy of the QML parser sources. The
QML parser has been updated to the current version for Qt 5.2.

This is (!a) == b which is not what is intended here.
This exact bug was fixed in a couple of other instances of the QmlJSParser
(in QtCreator and Qt itself) by now.

about invalid tr()-usage by removing the free tr()-function
from tr.h. Provide QCoreApplication::translate() for bootstrap

Callers should just call the standard allocation functions directly.
Adding an extra function call onto all basic memory management for the sake of
making it instrumentable in rare cases isn't really fair to everyone else.
What's more, this wasn't completely reliable, as not everything was using them
in a number of places. Memory management can still be overridden using tricks
like LD_PRELOAD if needed.
Their aligned equivilents cannot be deprecated, as no standard equivilents
exist, although investigation into posix_memalign(3) is a possibility
for the future.

We need qdoc in qtbase to be able to properly
modularize our documentation and build it
when building the different Qt modules.
qdoc does contain a copy of the qml parser from
qmldevtools, but this is the lesser evil compared
to how we are currently forced to genereate our
docs (and the fact that no developer can run
qdoc and check the docs for their module).
