For Linux this fixes an issue that orca would not read the value correctly after pressing the up/down buttons. [ChangeLog][QtWidgets] Accessibility for widgets is now included in the widget library instead of being a separate plugin. For static builds this means that libqtaccessiblewidgets is no longer required.
