Move the plugin howto from qtdoc to corelib where
it belongs. Fix the snippets and remove all
remaining references to Q_EXPORT_PLUGIN

Incorrect return type in a sample class (CardLayout) function.
Although the function is never called, the return type should be int,
not QLayoutItem*.

There's one in corelib that has a comment
// slower due to signature normalization at runtime
I obviously didn't change that one.
This is the result of running util/normalize --modify
from Qt 4.7 with manual review.

The files in this change were still in qtbase/doc/src or required for
it. qtbase/doc/src should now only contain example documentation and
images for the example documentation.
