Fixed many cases of missing return types in \fn commands.
Added a fake GLxxx typedef for a GL type that wasn't there
because the GL includes weren't accessible. Also added some
fake declarations for a few functions declared in namespace
Qt in QtWidgets that must be seen by qdoc in QtCore.

clangqdoc now accepts an unnamed enum type, calls it "anonymous"
and allows it to be documented as a named enum type. In this
update, several instances appear in subclasses of QGraphicsItem.
This update documents them correctly.

Most of these involved moving or removing extraneous
aide-memoir comments left by programmers between qdoc
comments and their functions. There were also some
cases where Q_CLANG_QDOC had to be tested to make
something visible to clangqdoc. And there were a few
functions that should not have been documented at all.

Commit c5db8fc74 changed all instances of Q_WS_FOO to have the prefix
Q_DEAD_CODE_FROM_QT4 instead, to make it clearer when reading the code
that the code in question was a left-over from Qt4, when we used
Q_WS_ defines instead of Q_OS_ defines.
This worked well for cases of #ifdef Q_DEAD_CODE_FROM_QT4, but less so
for cases of #ifndef Q_DEAD_CODE_FROM_QT4, where the code was actually
unconditionally included.
To make this even clearer, the defines have been replaced by checks for
1 or 0, with a comment describing how the code used to look in Qt4. The
use of constants in the check also makes it easier for editors to parse
the condition and show visually that the code is defined out.

This needs to be handled a bit carefully, because Qt containers
will detach upon being iterated over using range-for.
In the cases of this patch, that trivially cannot happen, because
all containers are marked as const when being assigned the rvalues
previously found on the rhs of the Q_FOREACH. The new code thus
does exactly what the old code did: take a const copy, then iterate
over it.
Separate patches will deal with other situations.
Range-for loops are much more efficient than foreach loops.
This patch shaves almost 4K of text size off an optimized Linux
AMD64 GCC 4.9 build.

By making the destructor (usually the first non-inline, non-pure,
virtual function, and therefore the trigger for most compilers to
emit the vtable and type_info structures for the class in that TU)
out-of-line, vtables and, more importantly, type_info structures for
the class are pinned to a single TU. This prevents false negative
dynamic_cast and catch evaluation.
Since QGraphicsItemPrivate is already exported, users of this class
are unaffected by the change, and since it's private API, we don't
need to avoid adding code to the out-of-line destructor until Qt 6.
Also saves ~2.5KiB in text size on optimized GCC 4.9 Linux AMD64
builds.

The old code assigned an empty QPoint to elements contained
by value in a QHash that was cleared out in the very next
step.
That makes no sense, because the operations in the loop cannot
possibly cause a re-entrancy into QGraphicsItemCache, which
would be the only explanation for modifying the state of a
death-row object.
While at it, replace the use of the highly inefficient
(and no longer needed) QMutableHashIterator with C++11
range-for, taking care to iterate over a const reference to
avoid detaches.

We still have a bunch of Q_WS_ ifdefs in our code, which are easy to
mistake for Q_OS_ ifdefs when quickly scanning the code. By renaming
the ifdefs we make it clear that the code in question is dead.
In incremental follow-ups, we can then selectively either remove, or
port, the pieces that are dead code.

There's a lot of code now requiring it. Any compiler that doesn't
support the keyword is too old for Qt now. The last time anyone asked
about this macro was for QTBUG-27393 and we don't know which compiler
that was.
As a necessity, this patch contains a reversal of
a0c3a57aed5cde37017733e7cf5e41cc6a1174aa
[ChangeLog][Compiler Specific Changes] Qt 5.5 now unconditionally uses
the "using" keyword. Compilers that do not support this keyword are
deprecated and will not be able to build Qt. Previous versions of Qt may
or may not compile, as no testing was done to ensure it worked.

It is possible that Qt calls paint() several times for an item that
has caching enabled, even without any explicit call to update(). There
are various reasons why that is possible (memory pressure, item gets
transformed, etc.); the important part is that
1) the user must not rely into "caching enabled" = "1 paint() call"
2) the user must always draw the same content from within paint(),
unless update() was called before that call to paint().

The new flag ItemContainsChildrenInShape is similar to the existing
flag ItemClipsChildrenToShape. Setting the new flag makes QGraphicsScene
assume that children are drawn within the shape of the current item
but this is not enforced by clipping. When an application manually
ensures this clipping boundary, setting the new flag removes the
overhead of enforcing the clip with ItemClipsChildrenToShape, while
still allowing other routines to behave more optimially by assuming
children are within the shape of the current item.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QGraphicsItem] Added the
ItemContainsChildrenInShape flag that enables using optimizations
of ItemClipsChildrenToShape without the overhead of enforcing the clip.

QTextLayout's setAdditionalFormats() is expected to invalidate
the shaping results, so that the layouting must be done *after*
the format range(s) gets applied.

QGraphicsPixmapItem did not take the pixmaps
devicePixelRatio into account when calculating the
bounding rect. As a consequence, a 512x512@2x pixmap
would get a 512x512 bounding size instead of the
correct 256x256 bounding size.

Currently, inputMethodQuery() only provides information about the
current paragraph. On some platforms, such as Android, the input method
needs information about the global cursor position, and more of the
surrounding text. Some queries need to pass parameters.
The current inputmethodQuery() implementation does not allow parameters to
be passed. Changing this would require new or modified virtual functions, which
is not possible until Qt 6. Therefore, a completely new mechanism is needed.

QStyleAnimation automatically stopped for hidden QWidgets, but didn't
know anything about QQuickItems and kept animating regardless of their
visibility. This change ensures that style animations stop as soon as
the animation target no longer accepts the animation update eg. it has
become hidden or the window was minimized.
