We had code duplication all over the place between QItemDelegate
and QStyledItemDelegate. Refactor that code in QAbstractItemDelegatePrivate,
so that both can use it and we'll have one place to fix instead of two.

Needed to backport qtbase/46685f755b01288fd53c4483cb97a22c426a57f0
to Qt4.
We can't add new symbols in Qt4 to QFileIconProvider so we will make
the private class a friend of the QFileDialog.

The dependencies on QFont, QBrush, QIcon are all in QtGui, so there's
little sense to still have these classes in QtWidgets.
This also copies and pastes a version of QWidgetItemData as
QStandardItemData inside qstandarditemmodel_p.h.
