and obsolete itemDelegate(index), which the new function replaces.
This allows itemviews to override the item delegate per index. The
existing APIs to set delegates for rows and columns doesn't work for
tree views, or other views where the delegate should depend on the
parent index as well.
Adjust all itemview code that accessed the QAIVPrivate's relevant
data structures directly to go through the virtual function.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QAbstractItemView] The
itemDelegate(QModelIndex) member function has been made obsolete,
and has been replaced by a new virtual
itemDelegateForIndex(QModelIndex) member function that can be
overridden to give subclasses control over which item delegate
should be used for an index.

viewOptions returned a QStyleOptionViewItem object. Such a method
can never support newer versions of the option structure.
Most styleable QWidget classes provide a virtual method
initStyleOption that initializes the option object passed in as a
pointer, e.g QFrame, QAbstractSpinBox, or QComboBox.
Follow that API convention, but name it initViewItemOption, as the
QStyleOptionViewItem struct contains information about the item as
well as the widget itelf.
This is a source incompatible change that will go unnoticed unless
existing subclasses mark their overrides as 'override', or call
the removed QAbstractItemView::viewOption virtual function.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QAbstractItemView] The virtual viewOptions
method that previously returned a QStyleOptionViewItem object has
been renamed to initViewItemOption, and initializes a
QStyleOptionViewItem object that's passed in through a pointer.

The code for doing that existed in the QListWidget::dropEvent override,
and was only using standard itemview APIs to adjust the selection model.
There is no reason why dropping items internally in a QListView
should not do the exact same thing.
As part of moving the code from QListWidget to QListView, replace QList
with QVector, and other minor optimizations.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QListView] Moving selected items within a list
view by drag'n'drop will maintain the selection of those items.

The dragging icon is created from the visible items in the
selection. It would be clipped to the parts visible in the
viewport. That meant that items on the edge could be rendered
illegible, even though they were part of what was being dragged.
Fix by dropping the horizontal clipping to the viewport. Items fully
outside the viewport are already filtered away, so this should at most
make a difference to the bottom and/or top items in the set.
Keep the vertical clipping, since items may easily be very wide, so an
unclipped icon would be unwieldy.

In Qt 5.0, delta() and orientation() were already marked obsolete,
but Widgets and tests have kept on depending on them all this time.
We now start using alternative API so they can really be deprecated.
All constructors except the newest one are also deprecated.
The plan is for all events from pointing devices to have
QPointF position() and globalPosition(), so we deprecate
the other position accessors.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] Obsolete constructors and accessors in QWheelEvent
now have proper deprecation macros. What is left is intended to be
compatible with planned changes in Qt 6.

QListView::setSelection() algorithm is designed for items to
occupy their cells completely, which is not the case when
itemAlignment is used. The middle part of the selection rect
goes beyond the column borders and extra items are selected.
Use the introduced cellRectForIndex() instead of rectForIndex()
to calculate the middle part correctly.

Since b13aa15e1007a1b5ed61049bbd9ef8f95b6d12a5 the event must not be
accepted when calling "canDrop()" method. Inside it "dropOn()" method
is called which requires not accepted event. Otherwise the event will
be ignored later in "QListView::dragMoveEvent()". On next movement it
will be accepted again - the event is now ignored, so "dropOn() method
will work properly.
If "filterDragMoveEvent()" returns false for any reason, the event
acceptance is not changed - the same behavior as before.

This reverts commit a4c25c020554527aa9ff9b533afabffef46be131.
The API is too limited in scope, and a good name is hard to find, as
evidenced in the API review discussion preceding Qt 5.9 beta.
This API will hopefully return as something like setItemAlignment().
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QListView] EDIT: REMOVE: Added expandingListItems property.

The size of flowPositions is larger by one than the number
of rows in the model so the last correct row number is
flowPositions.count()-2, not flowPositions.count()-1.
