If the first column is hidden in a QTreeWidget then when doing a drag
then the selected indexes will not include any that have a column of 0.
Therefore it has to account for this use std::unique to ensure that
there is only one instance of the selected items represented by the
selected indexes.

- Replace the usages of deprecated APIs by corresponding
alternatives in the library code and documentation.
- Build docs for deprecated APIs conditionally, based on deprecation
version. Remove the docs of methods deprecated since 5.0.0, these
methods are not compiled anymore.
- Modify the tests to make them build when deprecated APIs disabled:
* Make the the parts of the tests testing the deprecated APIs to
be compiled conditionally, only when the corresponding methods
are enabled.
* If the test-case tests only the deprecated API, but not the
corresponding replacement, add tests for the replacement

Qt for Python users reading the documentation assume that int(0) can
be passed for pointer parameters. Use the newly introduced \nullptr to
disambiguate this.
In a follow-up step, the \nullptr macro can be defined as None
when generating the Qt for Python documentation.

documentation should point to QStyledItemDelegate instead.
Also mark some internal classes which derive from QItemDelegate so they

layout(AboutToBe)Changed gained a sortHint parameter with Qt5.0 but the
itemmodels did not set a proper value where possible.
Since the sorting of the ItemWidgets is only per column, it is
reasonable to pass QAbstractItemModel::VerticalSortHint in the various
layoutChanged calls.

QTreeWidget::visualItemRect() returned an invalid QRect when a column
was moved and then hidden (or the other way round). The reason was that
the logical index returned by QHeaderView::logicalIndexAt() was again
passed to QHeaderView::logicalIndex() to create the QModelIndexes needed
for QTreeView::visualRect()

When setting a header item (that is, the item that provides the
QTreeWidget's column) the widget needs to manipulate the underlying
tree model and add or remove columns. This requires calling
the right QAbstractItemModel APIs for structural model changes.
The calculations done resulted in a off-by-one error:
* if the model had N columns and needs to grow to M(>N), then
one needs to begin insertion from N to M-1 (and not M);
* if the model had N columns and needs to shrink to L(<N), then
one needs to begin removal from L to N-1 (and not N).
Add the -1s needed.

QTreeWidgetItem::insertChildren should behave like a more-optimized
QTreeWidgetItem::insertChild. Unlike the latter, the former lacks
out-of-bounds checks, resulting in successful insertions even
when using an invalid index (say, bigger than the row/column count).
Reintroduce some sanity checks instead. This allows to fix a "fixme"
left in the autotest.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QTreeWidgetItem] QTreeWidgetItem::insertChildren
now ignores insertions happening at invalid indices, for
consistency with QTreeWidgetItem::insertChild.

This needs to be handled a bit carefully, because Qt containers
will detach upon being iteratoed over using range-for.
In the cases of this patch, that cannot happen, because all
containers are marked as const (either by this patch or before).
Separate patches will deal with other situations.
Apart from being more readable, range-for loops are also the
most efficient for loop.
This patch shaves almost 2K of text size off an optimized Linux
AMD64 GCC 4.9 build.

If, after checking a condition, we issue a qWarning(),
by definition that check is unlikely to be true.
Tell the compiler so it can move the error handling
code out of the normal code path to increase the
effective icache size.
This change contains the changes to the accessible/,
effects/, kernel/, styles/ and itemviews/ subdirs.
Moved conditional code around where possible so that
we could always use Q_UNLIKELY, instead of having to
revert to Q_LIKELY here and there.
In QWidgetPrivate::setWindowModified_helper(), as a
drive-by, I swapped the evaluation order of an
&&-expression (newly wrapped in Q_UNLIKELY) to be
more readable and more efficient (cheaper check
first) at the same time.
In qDraw* (qdrawutil.cpp), simplified boolean
expressions (sometimes by skipping re-checking
conditions already checked in a previous guard clause).

The printf-style version of QDebug expands to a lot less code than the
std::ostream-style version. Of course, you pay in type safety (but
compilers warn about it these days), you cannot stream complex Qt
types and streaming QStrings is awkward, but in many cases you
actually improve on readability.
But the main reason is that something that's not supposed to be
executed under normal operation has no business bloating executable
code size.
This is not an attempt at converting all qWarnings() to printf-style,
only the low-hanging fruit.
In this first part, replace
qWarning() << "...";
with
qWarning("...");

order but then retrieved from beginning. This was causing unexpected
rotation of the moved items.

This makes the behavior much more clear. You can get a tristate checkbox
just by setting the CheckStateRole to PartiallyChecked, no tristate flag needed.
The flag, on the other hand, enables the automatic-tristate behavior in
QTreeViews (and only there), hence the new name for it.

the actual change once again, change APIs now inside

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination
