In single selection mode, the current selection toggled when the user
pressed the left mouse + Ctrl key and then moved the mouse over the
item. This was introduced with 28a21d98ef8d880a6dd86ee19dd803424bb5eae1
which added the possibility to deselect an item in single selection
mode.
Fix it by adding a check if the event was a mouse move event and use the
old codepath for it.

When the first column is hidden or not visible in the current viewport,

Fix it by passing the correct column to

A certain geometry adjustment was (practically) introduced in Qt 5.11,
and caused very surprising behavior, where item widgets will often
overwrite neighbouring cells. This has resulted in a number of bug
reports. Since the adjustment has such serious side effects, and does
not seem to be relevant any longer for the issue for which it was
intended, remove it here.
More details: From early Qt 4 times, QStyledItemDelegate would do some
automatic expansion of the geometry of editor widgets - but only if
the layout was RightToLeft. Hence, the effect of it was rarely
seen. QTBUG-37433 did, for Qt 5.10, and complained about it. However,
the resulting code change did not remove the adjustment, but instead
extended it to apply to the normal LeftToRight layout also. Hence,
more users experienced it, and reported it as a regression.
Also, now in Qt 5.13, it seems Qt has changed in other ways, and the
geometry adjustment no longer seems to help (or indeed make any
difference to) the original case in QTBUG-37433.

If the first column is hidden in a QTreeWidget then when doing a drag
then the selected indexes will not include any that have a column of 0.
Therefore it has to account for this use std::unique to ensure that
there is only one instance of the selected items represented by the
selected indexes.

If there is an item already selected then the pressed position needs to
be updated regardless when selecting a new one even if it is not made
current as this will be used to determine the drag distance.
Otherwise it will start a drag within one pixel of moving due to the
fact it is doing it relative to the first item to be pressed rather than
the last.

If an item is double clicked, then without this fix, the views emit the
clicked() signal when the mousebutton is released after the double click
event. This is unexpected and wrong.
QAbstractItemView keeps track of the item the mouse was pressed on, to
verify that the release occurred on the same item before emitting
clicked, and to make sure we have a valid pressed item before initiating
drag'n'drop. By resetting d->pressedItem when a double click has been
handled, we can prevent the emission of a clicked signal in the next
release event.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QTreeView] Don't emit clicked signal after a
doubleClicked signal.

- Replace the usages of deprecated APIs by corresponding
alternatives in the library code and documentation.
- Build docs for deprecated APIs conditionally, based on deprecation
version. Remove the docs of methods deprecated since 5.0.0, these
methods are not compiled anymore.
- Modify the tests to make them build when deprecated APIs disabled:
* Make the the parts of the tests testing the deprecated APIs to
be compiled conditionally, only when the corresponding methods
are enabled.
* If the test-case tests only the deprecated API, but not the
corresponding replacement, add tests for the replacement

In Qt 5.0, delta() and orientation() were already marked obsolete,
but Widgets and tests have kept on depending on them all this time.
We now start using alternative API so they can really be deprecated.
All constructors except the newest one are also deprecated.
The plan is for all events from pointing devices to have
QPointF position() and globalPosition(), so we deprecate
the other position accessors.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] Obsolete constructors and accessors in QWheelEvent
now have proper deprecation macros. What is left is intended to be
compatible with planned changes in Qt 6.

Fusion style's SH_ItemView_ShowDecorationSelected hint is hard-coded to 1,
but in QCommonStyle::drawPrimitive (which QFusionStyle inherits) it only
asked its own QFusionStyle::styleHint() before drawing the background that
happens to be under the tree row decoration (arrow thingy or +/- symbol).
And the style doing the rendering does not know about QStyleSheetStyle so
by the time we get to QCommonStyle::drawPrimitive() it's too late to check.
Therefore QTreeView needs to avoid calling it in this case.

The object is never copied, so there's no point in using a cow'ed list implementation.
Apart from the usual API adaptions (isEmpty() -> empty(), append() -> push_back()),
alse replaced two foreach-loops with ranged-for. The first one does not call into
out-of-line functions, and doesn't modify the container it iterates over, so is
safe.
The second does call into out-of-line functions, but they are const. The loop does
not modify the container it iterates over, either, so is also safe (except for some
fishy const_cast somewhere, or const being lost due to shallowness of const).
Also replaced explicit-iterator loops with ranged-for where possible.

Ctrl+End moves the visual index to the bottom left index. This does not
work correctly when the item in the bottom left is disabled. It should
be fixed with 7863be311570fa219066df5fe8720d5b92ddb680 but does not due
to a typo.
Fix the typo by using the newly calculated visualColumn instead the
initial column.
There are cases where the algorithm still does not work as expected when
there are more disabled items but fixing them would add a lot of
complexity with no (much) gain.

QListWidget::setBackgroundColor() is a virtual function. Hiding this
function when compiling/linking against QtWidgets when
QT_DISABLE_DEPRECATED_SINCE is set will therefore screw up the vtable
and it will crash on runtime.
Therefore don't surround them with QT_DEPRECATED_SINCE macro.
