Display QCompoBox popups on the correct screen, also
when the parent window spans multiple screens. In this
case, QWidget::screen() will return the main screen for the
window, which will not necessarily be the screen at
the combobox popup position.

Having three methods with the same name doing different things is
unnecessarily confusing, so follow the standard naming convention in
Qt and call the getter of the resolve mask resolveMask, and the setter
setResolveMask. These methods were all documented as internal.
The publicly documented resolve() method that merges two fonts and
palettes based on the respective masks remains as it is, even though
'merge' would perhaps be a better name.

Remove QDestopWidget public header, simplify the implementation that
maintains a Qt::Desktop type QWidget for each QScreen, and turn
QWidget's initial target screen into a QScreen pointer.
QApplication::desktop() now takes an optional QScreen pointer, and
returns a QWidget pointer, so that applications and widgets can get
access to the root widget for a specific screen without having to
resort to private APIs.
QDesktopWidgetPrivate implementations to look up a screen for an index,
widget, or point are now all inline functions that thinly wrap
QGuiApplication::screens/screenAt calls. We should consider adding those
as convenience APIs to QScreen instead.
Note that QWidget::screen is assumed to return a valid pointer; there is
code that handles the case that it returns nullptr (but also code that
trusts that it never is nullptr), so this needs to be defined, verified
with tests, and asserted. We can then simplify the code further.

We remove the QT_NO_TOOLTIP check from qstandarditemmodel.h, because as
the 'tooltip' feature is in QtWidgets, we cannot use it properly in
QtGui. Also this affects just two non-virtual inline methods, i.e. it
has no effect on library size.

Widgets have a default palette and font that is influenced by several
factors: theme, style, QApplication-wide overrides, and the parent's.
If an application sets a font or palette on a parent, then widgets
inherit those settings, no matter when they are added to the parent.
The bug is that this is not true for widgets that have an application-
wide override defined by the platform theme. For those, we need to merge
parent palette and font attributes with the theme, and this is currently
not done correctly, as the respective masks are not merged and inherited.
This change fixes this for fonts and palettes. Children are inheriting
their parent's inheritance masks, combined with the mask for the
attributes set explicitly on the parent. This makes the font and palette
resolving code correctly adopt those attributes that are set explicily,
while leaving everything else as per the theme override.
The test verifies that this works for children and grand children added
to a widget that has a palette or font set, both when themed and
unthemed. Children with own entries don't inherit from parent.
The QFont::resetFont test had to be changed, as it was testing the
wrong behavior. If the child would be added to the parent before the
font property was set, then the test would have failed. Since this
change makes sure that children inherit fonts in the same way, no
matter on when they are added to their parent, the test is now
modified to cover both cases, and ensures that they return identical
results.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QWidget] Fonts and palette settings are inherited
by children from their parents even if the children have application-
wide platform theme overrides.

Had to port a lot of caching temporaries, too. Decided to leave them as
crefs to unique_ptr to catch any mischief users may be doing with the
raw pointer instead (like deleting it).
Also fixed a use of 0 as nullptr (by standardizing on pointer-to-bool
conversion, as is done everywhere else in qwidget.cpp), and made one
impregnable if condition readable.

The port from QVector<QPlatformTextureList*> to a container of

isn't defined for QT_NO_OPENGL builds.
Some unguarded forward-declarations made the old declaration compile
by accident. The new code caught this, so add the #ifdef that had been
missing all along.

topextra->shareContext
Despite the name, it's fully owned by an individual QWidget object.
Also make the member mutable, so we can remove the const_cast hack in
QWidgetPrivate::shareContext(), and protect QT_NO_OPENGL builds, since
the naked pointer compiled by chance due to some unguarded forward
declarations while a unique_ptr will somewhere want to call the dtor,
which doesn't compile on an object of merely forward-declared type.

The public QWidget::create still has them, but we don't need to

The window argument to QWidget::create is technically used to
guard an early exit in the function, but to keep behavior the
same we leave it for now.

This is to support rare setups involving an X11 server with multiple
independent displays ("zaphod heads" on which the DISPLAY env var
is different), possibly with multiple outputs forming a virtual desktop
on each display.
QMenu::popup() has been assuming that it should show on the screen where
the mouse cursor is. That's good most of the time; but with multiple
independent screens, QGuiApplication::screenAt(pos) cannot tell us which
screen to use (it's ambiguous), but rather will choose the first screen
that _could_ contain that position (as documented). In the example in
QTBUG-76162, the QMenu has been constructed with a QDesktopScreenWidget
as its parent specifically for the purpose of telling it which screen to
pop up on; so we need to respect that. But QWidgetPrivate::init() sets
the QObject::parent() to null (because the widget isn't actually shown
as a child of the QDesktopScreenWidget), and QWidgetPrivate::create_sys()
sets initialScreenIndex back to -1 to provide freedom to change the
screen later; so QMenu has to remember the screen index for itself.
QMenuBarPrivate::popupAction() searches the siblings of the screen on
which the menubar is claiming to be (rather than all screens on all
displays), to find the screen containing the point at the middle of the
bottom edge of the clicked menubar item. It then sets initialScreenIndex
so that QMenu::popup() will respect it rather than trying to decide for
itself.

Calling QWindow::setVisible doesn't have the same semantics, so we
split off QWidget::setVisible into QWidgetPrivate::setVisible and

Set the inherited properties as resolved on the font, so non-default
values are passed on in contexts that does resolve logic like QPainter.
One test is updated as it actually tests what it is supposed to on
more configurations.
