We still have a bunch of Q_WS_ ifdefs in our code, which are easy to
mistake for Q_OS_ ifdefs when quickly scanning the code. By renaming
the ifdefs we make it clear that the code in question is dead.
In incremental follow-ups, we can then selectively either remove, or
port, the pieces that are dead code.

QList<int> wastes 50% space on 64-bit platforms. Use a more
fitting container. Since the storage is only used temporarily,
try to allocate it on the stack with QVarLengthArray.
Also give it better name than just 'list'.

Generally speaking, QOpenGLWindow subclasses are going to use some
various QOpenGL* wrapper object to handle their buffers, FBOs, etc.
Some of those QOpenGL* wrappers are QObjects, hence it should be safe
to have them as child objects, and expect Qt to clean them up properly;
but that doesn't happen because of how the destruction will work.
In particular, when the subclass object is deleted, there may not be
the right OpenGL context set as current. The deletion will go up to
~QObject, where the child objects will be deleted, resulting in a crash.
That will *also* happen if someone connected to the context's
aboutToBeDestroyed() signal: the context will in fact be deleted
after the child objects, since it's stored in QOpenGLWindowPrivate,
whose dtor will be run after ~QObject (!).
Now, in the general case, QOpenGLWindow subclasses should always
have a dtor in which they call makeCurrent() (also because various QOpenGL*
class are not QObjects, hence they're kept around as full members
instead of pointers-to); but at the same time we should clean up
properly the QObject children.
All of the above of course stands for QOpenGLWidget as well.

Commit 1259c5768e410361bcd8b5cf0c2057a2ebabda83 in qtdeclarative removed the
ability to create QWidgets in QML by giving them the correct parent, which
requires calling QWidget::setParent instead of QObject::setParent. This patch
introduces a hook that will allow QtQml to give widgets a proper parent.

The enum values are different for the default framebuffer and non-default
ones. With QOpenGLWidget there is always a non-default fb bound, so the
correct way is to use GL_COLOR_ATTACHMENT0 etc. GL_COLOR_EXT and friends
are only allowed when the default framebuffer is bound, as per spec.

There's a lot of code now requiring it. Any compiler that doesn't
support the keyword is too old for Qt now. The last time anyone asked
about this macro was for QTBUG-27393 and we don't know which compiler
that was.
As a necessity, this patch contains a reversal of
a0c3a57aed5cde37017733e7cf5e41cc6a1174aa
[ChangeLog][Compiler Specific Changes] Qt 5.5 now unconditionally uses
the "using" keyword. Compilers that do not support this keyword are
deprecated and will not be able to build Qt. Previous versions of Qt may
or may not compile, as no testing was done to ensure it worked.

Add the source widget to the texture list (may be null for custom
compositor implementations that add textures not belonging to actual
widgets). This allows us to do proper checks with the
dirtyRenderToTextureWidgets list.
As a result paint events are only sent to a QOpenGLWidget if (1) there
was an update() for it or (2) it was actually marked dirty. (2) was
previously behaving differently: the widget got a paint event when
anything in the window has changed. This is fine for naive animating
OpenGL code but less ideal for QGraphicsView.
Bool properties like stacksOnTop are now stored in a flags value to
prevent future explosion of texture list fields and parameters.

An application might choose to change focus when receiving mouse/touch
press/move events. This is in conflict with Qt assigning focus on touch
release (QPlatformIntegration::SetFocusOnTouchRelease), since Qt
might then reassign focus to something else.
An example of this is seen with the "frozencolumn" example. Here, when
the user double clicks on a cell, the application creates an 'edit'
widget inside the cell that gets focus. But at soon as the last release
is sent, Qt will change focus to the focus proxy of QScrollArea instead.
This patch will introduce an exception to setting focus on release, so that
we only set focus if we detect that focus didn't change (by the app)
while processing press/move events.

This reverts commit 2ffa46054d13c639cf9f7846a74ad3ebd07b9f5c.
It completely broke text selection in text edits on iOS, and wasn't
even tested on that platform before landing. It's also changing
behavior in a patch release for multiple platforms, from being
able to both scroll and select text, to only being able to scroll,
which would be considered a feature-regression and an automatic
-2 on the original patch.
This means QTBUG-40461, a P2 regression from Qt 4 on Windows, will
have to be re-opened, so that we can fix it properly.

On iOS, autoSIP is handled by the platform plugin. We therefore
avoid letting widgets tell the input panel to hide on focus out
so we can gain better control over this from the plugin.
Note that we could also set QApplicationPrivate::autoSipEnabled
to false and achieve the same. But since autoSIP is logically set
on iOS, it's better to report it as set in case the app asks.

The context has to be made current. Otherwise we may fail to clean up or,
what's worse, we may delete FBOs and textures in some random context.
The latter was visible with ANGLE in the qopenglwidget example. When having
two QOpenGLWidget instances, the context for the second happened to be the
current one when destroying the first. This is now avoided by making sure the
correct context is current when deleting the FBOs.

If a context menu contains a menu item which will open a dialog, the
context menu will never get the leave event, which might leave the menu
in an invalid state.
Synthetic leave events are sent to windows, but not to popups that are
blocked by modal dialogs. Hovever, a popup is removed from the popup
stack in QApplication before it receives the leave event. Therefore
always give popups events, even when they are not visible.

Instead of sending the event from random places, send it from
QWindowSystemInterface. This allows to send override events on OS X to
menus before doing other key processing and reduces the number of
ShortcutOverride events on all platforms to exactly one per key press
event.
