This enforces decoupling and in the case of QMacStyle, isolates
QtWidgets and therefore end user applications, from Carbon/HITheme.
Windows and Fusion are platform independent, so they remain built-in
(but mostly because the Windows style is tightly coupled to other styles
like QStylesheetStyle).

Later, the Windows XP style will be removed entirely by means of
being merged with the Windows Vista style (which inherits from the
XP style).
There was actually no reason for these styles being separate
classes in the first place, because both result in the same
appearance for controls on the running version of Windows.
Therefore, the windowsxp style merely appears as a "broken"
version of the windowsvista style, with only minor differences
based on the additional metrics that the vista style provides.
The windowsxp style does NOT, and never did, allow users to get
a Windows XP style appearance on Windows 7 and above (which is
currently Qt's minimum supported platform). Therefore, now that
Qt no longer supports Windows XP, the windowsxp style is unusable.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] The windowsxp style is no longer available
as a separate style, because it did not (and cannot) actually
provide an XP-style appearance on currently supported Qt platforms.

Add [-no]-style-foo command line options for all widget styles, bringing
this closer in line with configure.exe. Add proper platform dependencies
and a configure test for the required uxtheme.h header on Windows. Clean
up and simplify styles.pri. Don't let configure.exe define QT_NO_STYLE_*
any more, as styles.pri does that locally anyway.

The QPixmapStyle class provides a mechanism for implementing pixmap based
QStyles, using the same concept introduced by the BorderImage QML component.
The bb10style plugin in qtstyleplugins uses this class and is currently the
only user.

This will allow us to drop gtk2 support from qtbase in future,
while still providing the gtk2 style for those who want to use it.
Also with moving to qtstyleplugins, the code can be simplified
because we can directly link to libraries we need, instead of using
QLibrary.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] Remove QGtkStyle, it is now provided in
qtstyleplugins repository.

The former applies both on Mac OS X and iOS, but 'macx' is specific to
Mac OS X.
ios.conf and macx.conf now share most of their settings in the common
mac.conf. We set the default QMAKE_MAC_SDK before loading mac.conf, so
that any overrides in the device config will apply afterwards. This
means configure's mkspec parsing will be able to read the QMAKE_MAC_SDK.

QStyleAnimation handles style animations in a generic fashion by
sending StyleAnimationUpdate events back to the animation target
instead of calling QWidget::update() directly. This decouples style
animations from widgets and makes it possible to run style animations
for QQuickItems (ie. the desktop components).
The next step is to add "QObject* QStyleOption::target" and use that
everywhere instead of the widget pointer passed to various QStyle
methods.

It is time to clean up some of our legacy code. These styles have
not been actively maintained for a long time and I think it is safe
to say that they should no longer belong as part of the default
distribution of Qt. We dont support any platforms based on CDE with
our source packages.
Note that even if we are removing these styles from the default
distribution of Qt, applications that depend on them
will still be able to bundle the existing (and unmodified) styles
along with their own source code as we are not breaking compatibility.
