Do not try to set the default value of dialog buttons in fusion, but
let the common style handle it that asks the platform theme.
This adds icons to dialog buttons on platforms that usually has that
(such as KDE).

This was accidentally removed when we revamped the document
mode tabs appearance.
In retrospect, we should also consider adding CE_TabBarTabIcon
so that we can set the relative position of the icon w.r.t.
the tab title.

The panel drawing helpers have code drawing shadows that relies
on working with integer coordinates and one pixel lines, which causes
artifacts when Qt High DPI scaling is in effect.
Add code that checks for device pixel ratio != 1 and in that
case reverts out the Qt High DPI scaling transformation and scales
the parameters so that the drawing code used device
pixels.

QMacStyle. This removes the small encapsulation violation
even though we need to check for the tab text color in the
style and modify the palette.

This change introduces a new SH_Widget_Animation_Duration style hint
that applications can query instead of manually hardcoding the duration
of an animation.
As default value we use 200, which is the value that was already used in
QWidgetAnimator. A value equal to 0 means that the animations will be
disabled. This also implies that the SH_Widget_Animate style hint is
superseded and can be deprecated.
The new style hint is configurable with style sheets.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][Styles] Added SH_Widget_Animation_Duration style
hint which deprecates SH_Widget_Animate.

The new implementation of CE_ProgressBarContents in
QMacStyle uses NSProgressIndicator, which is noticeably
heavier than the previously used HITheme API. Setting
the animation frame rate to 20 fps improves things
significantly compared to the default 30 fps, but
Cocoa seems to update the animation at 15 fps for
indeterminate NSProgressIndicator. Going down to 12
or 10 fps may be an option in the future, but it's
not compatible with NSProgressIndicator.

When the tabbar styling was improved in change
175f33ed855b0a8a30daafacd4f48fa3f8e76a9b it changed
PM_TabBarBaseHeight to 21 which is incorrect as this value represents
the spacing between the tab pages and the tabbar. In macOS style
there is no space so this should be set to 0.

leaks memory since internal structures allocated on

Cocoa is better than us at vertically flipping views,
so we use that API instead of fiddling with the graphics
context transforms. But only so from 10.12 onwards. Go
figure.
This also fixes a one pixel offset with horizontal sliders

This enforces decoupling and in the case of QMacStyle, isolates
QtWidgets and therefore end user applications, from Carbon/HITheme.
Windows and Fusion are platform independent, so they remain built-in
(but mostly because the Windows style is tightly coupled to other styles
like QStylesheetStyle).

Later, the Windows XP style will be removed entirely by means of
being merged with the Windows Vista style (which inherits from the
XP style).
There was actually no reason for these styles being separate
classes in the first place, because both result in the same
appearance for controls on the running version of Windows.
Therefore, the windowsxp style merely appears as a "broken"
version of the windowsvista style, with only minor differences
based on the additional metrics that the vista style provides.
The windowsxp style does NOT, and never did, allow users to get
a Windows XP style appearance on Windows 7 and above (which is
currently Qt's minimum supported platform). Therefore, now that
Qt no longer supports Windows XP, the windowsxp style is unusable.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] The windowsxp style is no longer available
as a separate style, because it did not (and cannot) actually
provide an XP-style appearance on currently supported Qt platforms.
