Move away from using 0 as pointer literal.
Done using clang-tidy. This is not complete as
run-clang-tidy can't handle all of qtbase in one go.

This was used to support QFlags f = 0 initialization, but with 0 used
as a pointer literal now considered bad form, it had been changed many
places to QFlags f = nullptr, which is meaningless and confusing.

The compiler didn't complain at a QLocale::FormatType values being
passed for the int year parameters of the month-name functions, which
all have a default for their final QLocale::FormatType parameters. So
we didn't notice that the year parameter was missing until the bug was
reported.
Removed some code duplication by giving QCalendarModel a monthName()
method. Reworked QCalendarMonthValidator::text() to avoid repeated
calendar calculations (and use fewer braces).

The benefit of keeping this code around was to inspire or inform
changes in the areas to take into account possibly missing features
in Qt 5, but at this point that benefit is questionable. We can
always use the history to learn about missing pieces if needed.

In Qt 5.0, delta() and orientation() were already marked obsolete,
but Widgets and tests have kept on depending on them all this time.
We now start using alternative API so they can really be deprecated.
All constructors except the newest one are also deprecated.
The plan is for all events from pointing devices to have
QPointF position() and globalPosition(), so we deprecate
the other position accessors.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] Obsolete constructors and accessors in QWheelEvent
now have proper deprecation macros. What is left is intended to be
compatible with planned changes in Qt 6.

QFontMetrics(F)::width() has been deprecated and is replaced by
horizontalAdvance(). This updates all usage of it in tests and
documentation.
It is worth noting that many or most of the usages of
QFontMetrics::width() probably intended to use boundingRect().width(),
but since it currently works, I have not looked into that, just
replaced the function name mechanically.

Test-case taken from bug-report; fits in as an easy row in an existing
data-driven test. Add similar tests for date-time and time; and an
isValid test on the end of year 9999. The date-time parser was using
the end of year 7999 as maximum value for dates and date-times; extend
this to year 9999, as I can see no reason not to.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDateTime] Years up to 9999 can now be parsed
without error (previously 8000 and beyond were treated as invalid) in
all formats (not only in ISO format). Widgets handling dates now
support dates to 9999, likewise.

This compiler seems to require explicit initialization of all member
variables in a constexpr constructor, even if they have an implicit
default constructor of their own. We probably fixed the rest of Qt a
couple of years ago, but not these two places because they were arrays
and those require the C++11 syntax for uniform initialization.
All compilers that support constexpr do support uniform initialization.
MSVC 2015 fixed our issues with it on the same update.

Commit c5db8fc74 changed all instances of Q_WS_FOO to have the prefix
Q_DEAD_CODE_FROM_QT4 instead, to make it clearer when reading the code
that the code in question was a left-over from Qt4, when we used
Q_WS_ defines instead of Q_OS_ defines.
This worked well for cases of #ifdef Q_DEAD_CODE_FROM_QT4, but less so
for cases of #ifndef Q_DEAD_CODE_FROM_QT4, where the code was actually
unconditionally included.
To make this even clearer, the defines have been replaced by checks for
1 or 0, with a comment describing how the code used to look in Qt4. The
use of constants in the check also makes it easier for editors to parse
the condition and show visually that the code is defined out.

If, after checking a condition, we issue a qWarning(),
by definition that check is unlikely to be true.
Tell the compiler so it can move the error handling
code out of the normal code path to increase the
effective icache size.
This change contains the changes to the util/,
dialogs/ and widgets/ subdirs.
Moved conditional code around where possible so that
we could always use Q_UNLIKELY, instead of having to
revert to Q_LIKELY here and there.
In QSystemTrayIcon::setVisible(), as a drive-by, I
swapped the evaluation order of an &&-expression
(newly wrapped in Q_UNLIKELY) to be more readable
and more efficient (cheaper check first) at the same
time.

Since Qt::DayOfWeek has such a limited range, it doesn't really make sense
to use it as a key in a QMap, which is optimized for much larger key spaces.
Replace by a C array of the value type, and, since the value type in question
(QTextCharFormat) doesn't have an invalid state, use a bool array to track
whether any of the seven possible keys has been inserted.
Wrap that in a small helper class which provides only the subset of QMap API
that QCalendarModel needs.
Saves 1352 bytes of text size on optimized GCC AMD64 builds.

There really is no point in allocating a struct containing a
pointer and an int on the heap. Allocate by-value instead.
Since QList would be inefficient then, switch to QVector.
A pointer to the current token was replaced by its index.
That saves looking it up on every toPreviousToken()/
toNextToken().
This saves 816 bytes of text size on optimized AMD64 / GCC
builds, even though QVector expands to more code than QList.

The logic for handling cancel operations was spread out through
the code base and sometimes hard-coded to only include the Escape
key shortcut, missing the Command+. shortcut.
We now intercept both attempts at cancel operations from the system
through cancelOperation, which we forward as normal key events.
A new QKeySequence::StandardKey has been added for the Cancel sequence,
which maps to Escape on all platforms, and Command+. in addition for
OS X. The hard-coded logic in QWidget and subclasses for dealing
with closing the dialogs has been replaced with this key sequence,
which allows clients to override the behavior. Note that the widget
code is not wrapped in checks for QT_NO_SHORTCUT, as we don't care
about keeping widgets building and working under that define.
The logic in QCocoaWindow to bypass windowShouldClose when delivering
IM events has been removed as we now handle that specific case by
also forwarding Escape as a cancel operation.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

The code just does the sprintf-equivalent of %0<n>d where <n>=fieldWidth.
Be explicit and use QString::rightJustified().

We still have a bunch of Q_WS_ ifdefs in our code, which are easy to
mistake for Q_OS_ ifdefs when quickly scanning the code. By renaming
the ifdefs we make it clear that the code in question is dead.
In incremental follow-ups, we can then selectively either remove, or
port, the pieces that are dead code.

The three validators in QCalendarDateValidator were heap-allocated,
but the pointers were never reseated.
Allocate by-value instead.
Text size savings are minimal.
