Since 65314b6ce88cdbb28a22be0cab9856ec9bc9604b there is a TextFormat
for MarkdownText, and QWidgetTextControl supports that, but QLabel
does it in its own way and sets plain text or rich text on the text
document itself. Add a code path for MarkdownText there.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QLabel] Markdown is now a supported textFormat
for QLabel.

If buddy is deleted then QLabel will still try to deliver the
shortcut event to it, in QLabel::event(), and cras.
Besides connecting to destroyed() which alone fixes the crash,
also hardened it and guarded against dereferencing null buddy,
in the unlikely event of someone adding features to QLabel.
The second part is suitable for backporting to the LTS branches.

- Removed all naked qobject_casts<QStyleSheetStyle*>(), replaced
them with qt_styleSheet() (which does the same, for now).
- Removed a bunch of #ifdefed'out "metal hack" code. The code is disabled
and enough time has passed without nobody needing it.
- Removed a few "extra ? extra->style" by assigning it to a variable first.

QFontMetrics(F)::width() has been deprecated and is replaced by
horizontalAdvance(). This updates all usage of it in tests and
documentation.
It is worth noting that many or most of the usages of
QFontMetrics::width() probably intended to use boundingRect().width(),
but since it currently works, I have not looked into that, just
replaced the function name mechanically.

Use one screenshot from Windows instead.
The styles change and the screenshots become outdated very fast, so
it is easier to update just one screenshot now and then. The styles
can still be seen in the style gallery topics.
The image files will be removed in a follow-up commit after all
references to them have been removed.

The change in bc1796f for QTBUG-42503 only works for scaling down
pixel-doubled images. Smaller images scale up incorrectly. Fixed by
setting the devicePixelRatio of the scaled pixmap to the
devicePixelRatio of the label.
Also, caching was broken by not accounting for scaling by
devicePixelRatio in the condition.

Work around QPaintDevice::metric's int return type
by adding a new metric that returns a scaled devicePixelRatio.
Choose a scale factor that gives us more than enough
range.
The QPaintDevice::devicePixelRatio() convenience accessor
is public API and can unfortunately not be changed
to return a qreal. Add devicePixelRatioF() which
returns the (unscaled) devicePixelRatio.
Change all call sites of QPaintDevice::devicePixelRatio()
to use QPainDevice::devicePixelRatioF().

Bring Qt 5 on par with Qt 4, prepare for more comprehensive
support later on.
Introduce device independent pixels (dips), device pixels,
and devicePixelRatio. Add high-dpi support to QPainter,
QGLWidget, the cocoa platform plugin, mac and fusion styles.
Dips are similar to CSS pixels, Apple points and
Android density-independent pixels. Device pixels
are pixels in the backing store/physical pixels on screen.
devicePixelRatio is the ratio between them, which is
1.0 on standard displays and 2.0 on "retina" displays.
New API:
QImage::devicePixelRatio() and setDevicePixelRatio()
QPixmap::devicePixelRatio() and setDevicePixelRatio()
QWindow::devicePixelRatio()
QScreen::devicePixelRatio()
QGuiApplicaiton::devicePixelRatio()
