By the time we call setKeyboardMode(true), the menu may
already have taken focus. This change sets keyboardFocusWidget
before opening the popup, and makes sure that keyboardFocusWidget
is not set to the popup. (We cannot remove the assignment from
setKeyboardMode(), since it's called from several places.)
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] Fixed widget losing focus after showing
menu second time.

When a platform menu bar is used, the QMenuBar is hidden, so shortcuts
for QActions attached only to it do not work.
Extend the macOS-specific code to treat such menubars as visible to
other platforms, to make the shortcuts work.
The exception is made for internal QMenuBar shortcuts, which are
forwarded to the platform menu. A follow-up change will add support
for this to QDBusPlatformMenu. The updateGeometries() method is called
for platform menu bars too to make sure the internal shortcuts are
registered even if the global menu is in use.
Add two cases to the tst_QMenuBar::activatedCount() test to test
both native and non-native menu bars when possible (it now passes with
native menu bars too).

There's a conflict between QGtk3Menu and QDbusPlatformMenuBar. The
problem is that on Unity the type of the platform menu instance must
be different depending on whether the menu is in the global menubar or
a standalone context menu.
Since QMenu creates a platform menu instance at construction time, it
does not yet know whether it will be added into a menubar. QMenuBar
checks that the QMenu already has a platform menu instance, and passes
it to the platform menubar. As a result, a QGtk3Menu instance is passed
to QDbusPlatformMenuBar.
Currently, a standalone QMenu does not use the native platform menu
instance. Only menus that are added to a QMenuBar do. Therefore we
don't need to create the platform instance when QMenu is constructed,
but only after it is added to QMenuBar. The platform menu instance
creation is implemented in QMenuBarPrivate::getPlatformMenu(), and
QMenu::setPlatformMenu() calls syncPlatformMenu() to take care of
syncing the QMenu properties and actions to the new platform menu
instance.
The macOS-specific methods QMenu::toNSMenu() and QMenu::setAsDockMenu()
rely on the platform menu instance, and must therefore create it on
demand.
This is a hot fix for the release blocker, not a long term solution.
In the future, if standalone QMenus are made to use native platform
menu instances, the instance must be created lazily when the menu is
about to be made visible.

It might happen that, when pressing Alt+X to trigger a shortcut for an
action in a menubar, that the user releases Alt first, followed by X. When
that happens, QMenuBar gains focus as if the user just pressed and
released Alt (to focus the menu bar). That's counterintuitive, frustating
and not what native Windows seems to do.
Fix this by resetting the "altPressed" state whenever a shortcut gets
triggered with the Alt key pressed.
(In the above discussion, X stands for any key).

Instead of trying to keep that variable in sync with platformMenuBar
state, just check whether platformMenuBar exists instead.
Now QMenuBar::isNativeMenuBar() is more reliable, and will not return
true if the QPA plugin provides no platform menu bar.
Also, remove useless restrictions for code using isNativeMenuBar().
That method is available on all platforms for a long time, not only on
macOS or WinCE.
This makes sure local menus do not appear if global menus are available,
and setVisible(true) is called.

The D-Bus platform menus are only useful inside menu bars and system
tray icons, and should not be created for other cases (like the context
menus).
This adds a new virtual createMenu() method to QPlatformMenuBar class,
analogous to the already existing QPlatformSystemTrayIcon::createMenu()
method, and adds support for it to QMenuBar.
The D-Bus platform menus are now created from QDBusMenuBar class. As an
additional benefit, we no longer have to check whether the AppMenu
Registrar service is present for every created menu, and check it only
once (this should speed things a bit up).

This change partially reverts 1bfc7f68 about QT_HAS_BUILTIN define
and undef in src/corelib/tools/qsimd_p.h.
This change is also squashed with "Fall back to c++11 standard
compiler flag for host builds" which is done by Peter Seiderer.

This is what std::vector implementations usually do,
because it minimizes memory fragmentation and useless
allocations since no user will call clear() unless
she intends to append new data afterwards.
Fix calls to resize(0) that show how existing code
tried to work around the issue.
Adjust test. Port from QVERIFY(==) to QCOMPARE as a
drive-by.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QVector] clear() now preserves
capacity. To shed capacity, call squeeze() or swap
with a default-constructed QVector object, see the
documentation for an example.

The logic for handling cancel operations was spread out through
the code base and sometimes hard-coded to only include the Escape
key shortcut, missing the Command+. shortcut.
We now intercept both attempts at cancel operations from the system
through cancelOperation, which we forward as normal key events.
A new QKeySequence::StandardKey has been added for the Cancel sequence,
which maps to Escape on all platforms, and Command+. in addition for
OS X. The hard-coded logic in QWidget and subclasses for dealing
with closing the dialogs has been replaced with this key sequence,
which allows clients to override the behavior. Note that the widget
code is not wrapped in checks for QT_NO_SHORTCUT, as we don't care
about keeping widgets building and working under that define.
The logic in QCocoaWindow to bypass windowShouldClose when delivering
IM events has been removed as we now handle that specific case by
also forwarding Escape as a cancel operation.

We don't replay mouse events after closing popups on X11.
This leads to the bug when the menu doesn't show after
clicking three times on the menu bar. It can be fixed by
reverting 78d7192338e2cbba0c9b53c429d35b9437b7e1cd, but
then we need an alternative fix for QTBUG-32807 on Windows.
So don't replay mouse events for the menu bar on all
platforms.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

There's a lot of code now requiring it. Any compiler that doesn't
support the keyword is too old for Qt now. The last time anyone asked
about this macro was for QTBUG-27393 and we don't know which compiler
that was.
As a necessity, this patch contains a reversal of
a0c3a57aed5cde37017733e7cf5e41cc6a1174aa
[ChangeLog][Compiler Specific Changes] Qt 5.5 now unconditionally uses
the "using" keyword. Compilers that do not support this keyword are
deprecated and will not be able to build Qt. Previous versions of Qt may
or may not compile, as no testing was done to ensure it worked.

action rectangle is offset by its width and thus the width
should not be added to the size hint. Use QSize::expandedTo()
