* Ensure qstring.h compiles with QT_NO_CAST_FROM_BYTEARRAYDavid Faure2012-05-092-0/+65
19d160b72ba broke it temporarily, and this wasn't detected by tst_headersclean, because it sets QT_NO_CAST_FROM_ASCII too, which disabled the faulty code. So this adds a new unittest for QT_NO_CAST_FROM_BYTEARRAY alone.
