In C++, type punning with a union is not allowed. It will result in
compiler defined behavior at best, and undefined behavior at worst.
Specifically, if QRgba64 is passed to a function by value, the different
members of a struct might be passed in separate registers. This means
that any write to the quint64 might not blank out the values of the
struct whenever the compiler looses track with TBAA.

- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(pointer == 0) by Q[TRY]_VERIFY(!pointer).
- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(smartPointer == 0) by
Q[TRY]_VERIFY(smartPointer.isNull()).
- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(a == b) by Q[TRY]_COMPARE(a, b) and
add casts where necessary. The values will then be logged
should a test fail.

Merges the SSE4 specific unpremultiply with the normal version, and
adds a SSE2 fallback. There was no reason to split the two since
compile time options will ensure the right version is inlined.
Also adds short-cut for 0 and 255 values.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

We still have a bunch of Q_WS_ ifdefs in our code, which are easy to
mistake for Q_OS_ ifdefs when quickly scanning the code. By renaming
the ifdefs we make it clear that the code in question is dead.
In incremental follow-ups, we can then selectively either remove, or
port, the pieces that are dead code.

This way I can have in my QtQuick something like
Text {
text: "<font color='#ff0000'>H</font> <font color='#99ff0000'>H</font>"
}
and it works properly
QtQuick already supports #AARRGGBB for color: properties so I've
decided to go the notation
Once this is merged we can remove the extra code
in QQuickColorProvider::QColorFromString
I've also added some tests for the hex -> QColor conversion that where
non existent

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

The moc tool is not aware of all defines (particularly those that are
compiler builtins) and does not correctly evaluate others that depend
on compiler builtins, such as Q_OS_FOO.
This commit reverts parts of the following commits, but is not a
complete fix as there were many instances of this problem in the tests
prior to those commits:

It enables various crufty undocumented magic, of dubious value.
Stop using it, and explicitly enable the things from it which we want.

QSKIP is intended to be used to skip test functions that are found at
run-time to be inapplicable or unsafe. If a test function can be
determined to be inapplicable at compile-time, the entire test function
should be omitted instead of replacing the body of the test function
with a QSKIP, which only serves to slow down test runs and to inflate
test run-rates with empty, inapplicable tests.
