A previous fix has caused a performance degradation while adding a
check for avoiding adding duplicated rectangles to the update list.
This patch fixes it by using a std::set instead of a QList, avoiding
duplication while using an O(log N) operation, instead of the O(N)
used before.

The test requires High DPI scaling to be disabled since it
captures widgets.
Turn it off initially and introduce a member variable
containing a suitable size depending on the screen to make the
test pass on High DPI screens without violating minimum window
widths on Windows.

When using the overload of QCoreApplication::processEvents that takes a
maxtime argument, the function will keep processing events until there
are no more events, or until it times out.
The problem is that the function doesn't distinguish between events that
were on the event queue when the function was called, and events generated
by processing events as part of its own execution. If for example a widget
calls update() in its paintEvent, the function will spin for the entire
duration of maxtime.
That doesn't work for qWaitFor, where we need to check the predicate
between each pass, so we use the overload of processEvents that doesn't
take a maxtime. That's fine, as we have our own timeout logic.

Usually we focus in when we receive a click or equivalent.
QGraphicsScene by default also transfers the focus when you start a
touch on a trackpad or similar. Most of the time this also generates a
synthetic mouse click, so people don't necessary notice. However, at
least on macOS you can configure this behavior. With focusOnTouch
switched off, QGraphicsScene behaves as one would expect on macOS.

Fixing some issues that could cause intermittent or environment-dependent
failures. One kind regards the use of multiple QTest::mouseMove()
calls in sequence internally using the QCursor API, causing timing
dependent failures. Switching to the override that does not require the
QCursor API, where possible. Other test could fail depending on the size
of the screen.

TouchEvent::TouchPoint::pos was not updated in
QGraphicsScenePrivate::updateTouchPointsForItem().
To prevent the transformation being calculated repeatedly for each touch
point member, extract a function genericMapFromSceneTransform()
from genericMapFromScene() returning the transformation and use
that whereever multiple points are transformed.
Add a test, extracting helper functionality from
tst_QGraphicsItem::touchEventPropagation().
In addition, fold tst_QGraphicsScene::checkTouchPointsEllipseDiameters() from
c48f4bde0044bd5b23af231f3639d0779ecbdb03 into this test, so that
it is testing all transformations.

When calling setSceneRect() on a QTouchPoint it will cause the
ellipseDiameters to be changed, whereas this should not be affected by
the scene rectangle as it should be in logical pixels.
Also add a manual test for visually checking the ellipse diameters on

The Embedded Android build (Boot to Qt Android injection) is defined by
having both Q_OS_ANDROID and Q_OS_ANDROID_EMBEDDED flags defined,
as well as having Qt config android-embedded.
This commit enables the possibility to build embedded Android builds.
(i.e. Qt build for Android baselayer only, without JNI)

The vast majority is actually switched to QRandomGenerator::bounded(),
which gives a mostly uniform distribution over the [0, bound)
range. There are very few floating point cases left, as many of those
that did use floating point did not need to, after all. (I did leave
some that were too ugly for me to understand)
This commit also found a couple of calls to rand() instead of qrand().

1. Use qrc for test data so that it can be found on all platforms.
2. Skip a test which does not work on platforms where show() implies
showMaximized(), as it depends on the window size being 150x150.
3. Skip test for hover event which depends on having a valid
mouse cursor position.
4. Skip a couple of tests that fail on some Android devices.
It's not worth spending a lot of time investigating this at the
moment.

The minimumRenderSize is a qreal value that is used as a lower bound to
determine what items are visible when a scene is rendered. If an item's
view-transformed width or height are less than minimumRenderSize then
this item is considered to insignificantly affect the final result and
is not drawn. If the item clips its children to its shape they are
automatically not drawn. This greatly reduces the drawing overhead
for scenes with many items rendered in a zoomed out view.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QGraphicsScene] Added the minimumRenderSize
property which can be used to speed up rendering by not painting
items, smaller than a give size.

This does not aim to fix any failures in the tests themselves; it only
makes them compile.

These types are either built-in or 'automatically declared' and so
don't need to be explicitly declared as metatypes.

This signal is emitted by QGraphicsScene whenever focus changes in the
scene (i.e., when an item gains or loses input focus, or when focus
passes from one item to another). You can connect to this signal if you
need to keep track of when other items gain input focus. It is
particularily useful for implementing virtual keyboards, input methods,
and cursor items.

This changes behavior, but I would argue it's a good change. If you
create a panel and activate it (e.g., by simply showing it or reparenting
it onto an already-visible item), you expect the panel to gain focus /
which is sort of the whole point of activating it. Prior to this change,
you had to have explicitly called setFocus() on one of the panel's
children, which would give that item subfocus, for that item to auto-
gain focus when the panel was activated. This change makes it more
automatic. If the panel itself or any of the widgets in its focus chain
can gain focus, they will gain focus when the panel is activated.
So the new logic is - if the panel already has a focus item, so if
someone explicitly set subfocus on an item before the panel is shown,
that item gets focus. Otherwise, if the panel itself can gain focus
(e.g., someone makes a line edit / text edit panel), it gains focus
when activated. Otherwise, we search the focus chain until we find
the first item that can gain focus. This last case is the file dialog
case, where the dialog itself can't gain focus but typically the
first item in the focus chain is the primary focus widget, such as
the search field or the directory list view.
The change also fixes this for the first Tab. If you clear focus on
a panel, the user expects to be able to press Tab to regain focus.
Prior to this change that didn't happen. Now, the panel or the first
in the focus chain that can get focus gets focus on first tab.

Use the Qt4CompatiblePainting render hint when painting with QPainter to
treat default constructed QPens as cosmetic still.
The NonCosmeticDefaultPen render hint gets documented as obsolete, since
it was in any case not respected by the raster nor OpenGL paint engine.
