Just type
    nmake
in this directory to generate the files from the idl files.
The generated files will be put in
..\generated\x86 and ..\generated\amd64

In order for it to work on msvc-2010 you need to use MIDL shipped with
that version
(Microsoft (R) 32b/64b MIDL Compiler Version 7.00.0555).
