Update the QLowEnergyService documentation
Improves the statements around the various signal emissions. It was not always clear which signal is emitted in peripheral mode. Removes a section from the characteristicWritten() docs that was misleading at best or entirely wrong at worst. The underlying use case is too theoretical anyway.
