Update BTLE Heartrate Game example UI
Improve the example according to the new design:
* Apply new colors
* Rework layouts to match the updated design
* Use icons in the notification/error box
* Apply new font sizes
* Update screenshots in the docs, convert them to webp so that
they do not take too much space.
* Disable the Start button on the Measure tab if the device is
not connected, or if the proper service is not discovered.
* As a drive-by - fix the wording in the docs.
