QDSM: Nested statemachines are supported

* Remove wrongly printed info that nested
  statemachines are not supported.
* Added autotest for nested statemachines.
* Re-enable commented out testcase in the
  nestedInitalStates autotest. The reason
  why the test was disabled was fixed a
  while ago.
