QML Engine: ArrayBuffer XHR response type support

Support for "arraybuffer" response type for QQmlXMLHttpRequest was
added.

[ChangeLog][QtQml][QQmlXMLHttpRequest] QQmlXMLHttpRequest now
supports "arraybuffer" binary response type.
