Nail down that we will continue to treat 'let' as a reserved keyword
This is in slight violation of the ES6 spec, but something we've
been doing ever since we moved to v4 without ever getting a bug
report about.
It also removes a major headache from our parser. Allowing 'let'
as an identifier would have introduced a huge amount of conflicts.
